The item was ordered online. It is a fragile piece but Target did not wrap it or protect it. These were placed into a plastic mailing bag and shipped . Predictably, both items arrived severely damaged. As a consequence, we did not get to enjoy these decorations for Christmas. Horrible service. I would not recommend anyone by this from Target.

Very disappointed with the packaging of this tree.

My little tree was thrown into a box with ice salt containers that I ordered online. The tree was twisted and mangled in the box. I am a good Target customer at your Harrisburg store almost every week, and the tree packaging was a disaster. It was not wrapped or placed securely in the box. The pieces fell off. I am very disappointed with your packaging service. Do better Target or you will lose a consistent customer.
