Osa Kids' Bookcase - Pillowfort™

If you don’t mind doing some yelling of frustrations during the building process then certainly make the purchase. The directions are simple enough to follow but things just don’t attach easily and you have to twist and turn and put in some strength to make the connections and maybe break a hand as you’re trying the banging the hand to try to attach pieces. It’s a nice enough piece and appears sturdy. Nothing arrived damaged as I was seeing In some reviews and holes did line up but still lots of maneuvering. I still recommend this despite the struggles. Also it wasn’t just my struggle , but my husband where this stuff typically comes easy for him had a difficult time with just making the connections “click” in.

I really like this shelf. I like the way it looks and the size. I’m using it for kids books.

Looks expensive when put together. However the top came scratched and it's out of stock so can't get replaced. However still 4 stars because it looks heavy and expensive for a great price. I got all of the other matching bedroom furniture and it looks great together.

I am seriously impressed with the quality!! It’s perfect for my son’s room! Such a nice bookcase! Easy and quick to assemble as well!! I’ll definitely be buying more Pillowfort furniture in the future!! Beautiful!

Came broken twice so we finally gave up. Would have been great otherwise

Came scratched, but was able to hide it against a wall so I didn’t return it. I structure are difficult, but looks nice when finished.

Terrible experience, terrible bookcase. My first review seems to have been deleted, so I am reviewing again. The holes on one of the legs were drilled in the incorrect spots to allow for correct placement (which we didn’t realize until the bookshelf was 3/4ths assembled). I contacted target who contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer does not send replacements parts…what a joke. Targets solution was for me to disassemble the bookcase and return it to the store or ship it back — terrible customer service. Target should be ashamed.

The bookcase is made of the type of material that crumbles when you drill or hammer a mail into it. So you are not able to secure it. I managed to put it together but idly is wobbly and not secure enough to use. Thanks for selling me a totally worthless and useless product.

Nice bookcase for price. Using in son’s bedroom. Top came scratched. Easy to put together.

Bought for toddlers room. Assembly was terrible. It is made from cheap particle board not wood. Scratched while being assembled. Don't waste your $. I took it back.

Navy color is great and true to picture. Size is perfect for a little entry way table as what I am using it for. Had some difficulty assembling as wood pieces are not labeled like the instructions are.

Drill holes not correct on one of the sides. See picture.

The Drill Holes On The Legs Were Off By 1/4" On One Of The Legs. Scratches And Nicks On The Top Of The Bookshelf. It's A Great Size And I Do Like It, But i Can't Put It Together When The Legs Don't Match Up.

I love this bookcase. It looks high end was easy to put together. I gave it 4 stars because the top had some scratches in the finish. I was annoyed that they were on the most obvious place and couldn’t be hidden by books, but it wasn’t so noticeable that I’d go through the hassle of exchanging it. It makes me think it’ll be prone to scratching but for the price it’s still well worth it for me.

this shelf is solidly constructed and very nice looking. would definitely recommend.
