Love the balm but not the bottle
The balm is fantastic, luxurious and makes my skin super supple, but the balm is too thick for the pump in this bottle and I can’t get it to work right . Most of the time I just use the pump as a dipping stick to get the product out. Improve the pump bottle and I’ll give this 10 stars!!!

Smell
This stuff is great but works different on dry skin versus damp but they do talk about that on the site. But I wish it came in an unsented idk if that is possible due to the oils used. If not unsented maybe a more unisex or masculine sent. I’m a dude so smelling like flowers all day isn’t ideal but for nice skin whatever lol. Would be 5 stars if unsented or different sent but works very well.

Made my skin wrinkly
My skin is mostly super hydrated and youth looking. I applied this balm to my hands and it did somwthing wierd. at first it seemed richly hydrating but then mybhands dried and felt and looked wrinkly. like an old lady. I started using in my feet to hydrate and first it seemed so moist. by the next day drop dead dry. My skin even lifted all crumpled up and dry. Maybe an allergic reaction???? idk. I wanted to live it. I bought two osea oils and this balm cause I heard good things about them but mainly the balm dried me up badly after seemingly hydrating at first. I would add a pic of my wrinkly hands but I dont see the option. I stopped using it now and wrinkly dryness slowly going away.

I absolutely love the anti-agent body bomb but when I get like a quarter of it left in the bottom, it will not pump out. There’s got to be a better way or a regular lid that fits this. Do you have any ideas? That is a lot to waste.

I am in my sixties and recently introduced to OSEA. I purchased a sample size face kit and the Anti Aging Body Balm. The difference in the feel of my skin was immediate. The visible difference increased throughout the day. Within a week I had purchased full size bottles AND added the shower line! Ladies, if that dreaded creepy skin is showing up- you need this!

Great lotion
I love this lotion. It works great on my very dry skin! The bottle makes it difficult to get all the lotion out,so I bought a bottle spatula that I use to get it all out! Putting the bottle in hot water also works to get the lotion off the sides.

I wouldn't have tried this if I didn't receive a sample with my auto subscription of the body oil. It absorbs quickly on its own My skin loves it. I layer this with the body oil in the evening. It's the perfect combo to do with my body guasha routine. I wake up with the softest skin. I hope they keep making this product. I love it so much I put this on auto subscribe as well. Auto subscribe is great as they include a product sample in the shipment. Great way to try other products in the line. I wouldn't have tried this on my own. The only feedback back I have is about their rewards program. The points expire so quickly versus accumulate so there isn't an opportunity to have enough points to redeem for perks. Even with products on auto subscription.

Love this so much but...yet, another request to change the packaging --please.
This anti-aging balm is super moisturizing and feels so luxurious! I love it! I am seriously hoping that Osea is listening to their customers. I understand that this product may separate which then makes it frustrating and difficult to pump out of the bottle. I love this balm so much that I want to be able to use every single drop and not let any go to waste. PLEASE, there has to be another solution to the packaging! I hope you will respond to your customers reviews on the packaging and let us know if there is anything in the works. Thanks so much.

Wanted To Love It
In theory, this should be perfect, but wasn't to me. I liked it, but didn't love it. I found it was thick and didn't absorb quickly into my skin, but the most frustrating part was at the 1/2 way mark, it was impossible to get the product out of the bottle. I'm not sure if it was too thick, or if it separates at the bottom, but a good percentage of the product gets wasted as it won't come out of the bottle. Such a waste for the price paid. Overall it was fine, but I prefer the body lotion with the oil better and will not be purchasing again.

I absolutely love this body balm and have purchased it a few times however, I truly hate the glass bottle it comes in. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the balm out of it when you get down to about a quarter of the bottle. I get so frustrated that I can’t use all the product. Maybe a squeeze bottle could be considered?
