Great addition!
I've already done about 30 pounds of veggies through it. The temp control is nice but not very large range. Would recommend especially to see if you enjoy it and are just getting started.

Like it a lot
was actually going to send it back because it looked very small I decided to give it a try before sending it back and I actually ended up really liking this dehydrator. Even though it is very compact, it fits a LOT of food inside without compromising the drying process. The racks just stacks one on top of the other which makes it a breeze to use Temperature control could use more setting and there's no timer or anything like that so that's another thing to keep in mind. There's basically just an on/off switch and a dial to select temp between minimum and maximum. It is super quiet while operating

Easy to clean,
It didn't get as warm as the recipe/directions I used for apples, I just left them in longer. I suggest using a parchment paper on each level or else it makes clean up harder.

The hydrator is easy to use. The noise level is low, heat are moderate. Capacity for me it's good, Im dehydrating orange peals and aloe. time average.

I am dehydrating veggies from my garden to keep from wasting any of it. is an appropriate size for our needs since it's just the two of us. I monitor for appropriate drying time. and it worked quite well. Tomatoes next!!

Used for Beef Jerky
Enough to cook about a pound or two of beef jerky at a time. It's nice that you don't have to use all sections, It is VERY easy to clean and simplistic to use. Worked well for making our small batches of jerky!
