Otter + Pop Defender Series Case for Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max - Black

The case is solid and it does protect your phone, which is nice. But it gives alot of trouble.. no one can hear me because the case is so thick and bulky.. i have to take the case off whenever im on facetime.. its very frustrating.. and its ripping.

I am happy with the box. The only thing is that I have a wireless charging station at home and work. I have to take it out of the Otterbox to charge it. I have always been happy with the Otterbox series and I will continue to buy their product. I think the product description should include something about charging and if it is regular or wireless friendly.

It’s a great phone case and I’m sure it will protect my phone, however it’s very heavy bulky and I will not fit or is too heavy for most car phone holders. It would be great if OtterBox made a holder for their own phones

I love the case it works well and I enjoy that the pop socket it’s swappable with others pop sockets I just wish it came out maybe 1/4 of an inch more just for my personal preference but that’s just me other than that it’s probably the best case iv ever had

The case itself is nice. The pop socket is totally in the wrong location on the back. It tips the screen away from your view angle, even when pushed in. It won't work as a kickstand in any orientation. Its only useful function is as a handle on the back while using the phone.

Best case to have with an expensive phone. Protects against dropped ,liquid spills,dust,smoke.I don’t leave my phone unprotected

Over thought the purchase. I thought the pop feature would be helpful but tends to get in the way more than anything. Hard to slip in pocket and holster. Best thing is that it is very rugged and durable. I would recommend you purchase the Defender series without the pop feature.

Needed a case for my 11 Pro Max. After a lot of investigation, I chose this case. I am super pleased with my Otterbox. It keeps my phone safe.

I have always been an OtterBox user, however, this Otter+pop Defender case is the best. I like that I can hold the phone on the pop or stand it to watch a movie on the phone.

I love the OtterBox defender series for it's total protection capabilities. I've dropped my phone(s) in water, lost one phone in a high traffic street, dropped phones repeatedly, and I've never been disappointed with the level of protection from my defender cases.

I always use otter box and thought this was one with a cover over the front of the case as well and it isn’t. I don’t feel it is fully protected. I do not like using protective screens with my phones. I have always had great luck with otter box. Also the pop socket does NOT for my holder in my car. I find myself holding my phone (which is illegal) now all the time.

I always buy Otterbox cases. This time I order a case for my iPhone 11, having to search the whole website for one with a screen cover. I thought I found one but it had the pop up in it( did not want that) Ok fine I need a case. It gets delivered and no screen cover... Come on I buy Otterbox for the protection of my phone and iPads WHY? Would I not want to cover the screen?? Sent it back

Have always used Otterbox on all my family's phones. Disappointed in the design of the Iphone 11 pro max this time around tho. The toughness of the case is still there but there is no built in screen protection. Bummer. These also include popsocket on the back which is cool but it prevents wireless charging, you have to take it off for it to charge which is inconvenient. The popsocket also hinders the fit in the holster when mounted screen out again you have to remove the popsocket in order to get it to fit safely in the holster. I use it screen out clipped to my dash in my truck and vibration causes it to pop out with the socket on. May consider something else for my next phone if this issue isn't improved. This form doesn't allow enough space to enter "what new feature" so I would like to see a defender holster that is compatible with the popsocket screen out and with an incorporated screen protector as in the past. Other cases have done this. I would also like to see a handle bar mount for the defender for my bicycle/motorcycle that has a hard mount rather than an elastic mount that eventually dry rots.

I bought this as a second case. I love that the pip socket is part of the case! The case keeps my phone well protected.
