PopSocket feature flimsy, way too low. I have to return it. So disappointed.

My first Defender I had was in 2012. It was a bit bulkier and the rubber covering started deteriorating. Though it protected my phone well I had to stop using as the rubber cover was sagging eventually. 2021 I got another after checking them out at a store. I would say this is an improved product with it a lot slimmer and what looks like the soft covering is of a different material likely not to sag like my old one did. My phone looks great and with more color choices and the puck feature is an asset.

I bought this case well over a month ago and I am happy that I did. The pop socket that is built in to the case is very convenient and easy to use. The case may seem bulky at first but once you use start using it you will quickly like the protection and functionality that the case offers.

The case is fine, as we’ve had numerous cases over the years. I’ve not had the glass protector long enough to know if it’s going to work or not. The pop up button on the back does not work as a stand whatsoever, no matter which side or angle you try to use it. I rarely use it to do one handed reading or texts. Disappointed in that feature.

I love the case. I’ve always felt more comfortable with otterbox. It’s so sturdy I feel like I can throw it against the wall without a panic attack. I’d recommend this to anyone. They're are two reasons for the 4 stars. One- it’s more difficult to charge your phone using a wireless charger with these. It works if you take the pop up part off. The second- is there were no instructions. I’m not the brightest crayon in the box so I expected there to be something to tell me how to work this complicated thing. I was sitting there for 20 mins before I decided to get on YouTube. I saw a video of a man putting it together and taking it apart. So I followed his steps. Thanks goodness for that bc I almost returned it thinking my phone was too big and size of the case wasn't actual to phone. After reading some reviews I’m not the only one that was stuck on that part with the same mindset of the size of the case. Aside from that this is a winner!

I bought this case about a month ago at first I didn’t think I was going to like it. But now I love it and it’s so pretty.

We bought new iPhone 11's last year, and wanted protection for them. Because of OtterBox prices, and not having built-in screen protection, we decided to use other brand cases, (3 different brands). My experience with OtterBox was from the Defender cases we purchased for our iPhone 6's. Loved those cases. Because of the design of the cases we seldom dropped our iPhone 6's. So using those other cases with the iPhone 11's we honestly dropped the phones more than ever within the first few months of owning them. They would slip out of our finger's because there was no grip. So we came back to the OtterBox cases, added screen protection, and were totally satisfied with the decision. My wife owns the Pop Defender Series Case, and I have the Defender Pro. Great cases, but a little pricey. Both cases need supplemental screen protection. (Still don't understand why they couldn't have the built-in screen protection). So the Prodigal Family returned to OtterBox, and have no regrets. (By the way, our old OtterBox iPhone 6 cases are still being used by other family members going on 7 years now).

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Yes, this thing is built like a tank, but the pop can't handle the weight of a tank. I tried every manner of popping, partial popping, angled popping, camera side down or up. If you get the angle just right (top of the pop is in, bottom of pop is out), it will stay up. Barely. It's like balancing while leaning back in a chair. Precarious.

Received the cover for my phone and unfortunately, we won’t mention names, a young man was playing with tools and had to fix my new phone cover. Well, let’s just say it was taken and pulled apart and cannot be put back together.

It's beautiful and protective. What a great combination!!!

Annoying to charge because the flap that covers charging area makes it difficult to put on my charging stand. Maybe just not have a flap there at all. I wish it came with a built in screen protector and more colors. But the flap area annoys me so much I won’t repurchase at this time but continue to use until it gets worn out as I need the defender type protection. But I think definitely other brands that will do the job next time.

It is durable and it really does protect my phone from my clumsiness! I absolutely love my otter box!!!

I don’t like the button on the back I think it’s worthless and nope screen protection ..,scary

Never thought I'd get into the Pop feature but it helps a ton! Since I have been working from home, the pop feature facilitates data entry into my phone. Dropped it a couple of times in the driveway from about 3' high = no damages to my iPhone 11 and no damages or scuffs on the case.

I bought the Pop Defender Case for my new phone about three weeks ago. I'm a little disappointed with the pop handle. I love the defender but the pop-up doesn't allow the phone to lay flat if you need both hands. I wouldn't purchase it again.

Have been using otter box defender on all recent iPhones. Solid and functional. One of the best phone cases on the market.
