Phone falls out of clip all the time… wonder when I’m going to lose my phone

I have an iPhone 15ProMax and I have 3 otter boxes

Otterbox makes your phone invincible. I'm not kidding. I just bought the 15 pro case since I am upgrading my phone, but I have had the Otterbox Defender pro case on my iPhone 11 for 4 years and am a customer for life!!! I am a serious klutz, work with horses for my career, and like to climb mountains in my spare time. I am not kind to my phone, let me elaborate. I dropped my phone on a gravel driveway and my horse stepped on it (with brand new steel shoes on). Phone is fine. I threw my phone off of a fire tower (taller than the forest) hitting trees and rocks on the way down. Phone is fine. I dropped my phone in a busy road and it was run over BY MULTIPLE CARS. My screen protector cracked but my phone is once again totally fine!! And these are just some highlights. I drop my phone on the concrete barn floor multiple times per day, every day, and I don't even worry about it anymore because Otterbox is just that good. I also use the belt holster that comes with the case. I wear my phone on my belt for an average of 12 hrs every day and am constantly taking it out of the holster and putting it back in. After several years the case is no longer as secure in the holster as it used to be, but I can't imagine how that would be avoidable given how much I use it. If you have horses, work outside, go hiking/camping, have chronic butterfingers near hard surfaces, do anything outdoors at all...you will definitely not regret buying this phone case. It's so worth it. By all accounts, I should spend hundreds and thousands of dollars per year fixing and replacing my phone, but instead I can happily use it anywhere and everywhere until it dies due to being manufactured by Apple, instead of dying a rapid death due to abuse at the hands of yours truly. Love that my Otterbox is one tough outer cover. I have dropped my phone a few times and ther is no damage thanks to my Otterbox.

This generation of Defender cases is horrible. They do not protect like the previous generations did.

This new Otterbox is as awesome as all of my past protectors from the co. There is one issue I’m facing with the volume control. Previous Otters had a flap over a switch which you had to mute the tones. It was protected against accidental operation. The new box has a button which is a problem when wearing the phone on the belt clip. I find my volume turned off from inadvertent movements which depresses the button unknowingly.

I have always used Otterbox because they fit well and work with the phones functionality. The IPhone 15 case is no different. They stand behind their product. I had another phone. When the case became ragged, they replaced it after sending a picture of the damage.

I am only giving 3 out of 5 stars because one of my favorite features of the Defender case is the holster and it has changed. I have owned three Defender cases prior to this one. I loved how they would protect my phone when hiking. The new case for my iPhone 15 Pro only allows the phone to snap in with the screen facing out. Not very protective. Really bummed it doesn’t fit like it used to.

Fit perfectly, all buttons work fine, camera, plug, etc. Nice case!! Plus blue so I won't lose the black one anymore!

The belt clip does not hot the phone case very well . It is loose & keeps falling out/off the clip.

So far so good…I just hope this one last more that the other one that I got on October and broke after 3 months which was weird because I have OtterBox cases forever and no problems till that one. My iPads, iPods, Apple Watch and my iPhones always OtterBox cases !!

the phone case looks nice but for some reason the clip doesn't hold the phone correctly and i have to push it in a couple of times to make sure it is in place. please advice

Seems the quality is not as good. Case is thinner and holster seems cheap.

Always a good purchase. Keeps my phone safe!! I have had OtterBox cases for all of my phones. They never dissapoint!
