I purchased the initial screen protector and the edges did not adhere. I filed a warranty claim and got a new one. Applied the 2nd and it had the same issue. Contacted customer support and they sent me another replacement. Applied the 3rd and once again it had the same issue. For how expensive these are and the $10 fee to replace them, go with another brand. I usually use big name brands due to reputation but these are just horrible. Otterbox Customer service is just equally as bad.

I’ve used a lot of different glass screen protectors in the past. This one is the only one I’ve used where the edges will not stick down. It’s way too expensive to be having this problem.

Broke 2 days into using it when i dropped the phone (with a protective case) on the floor of the airport (carpet). Worse quality than some of the ones ive gotten for very cheap.

I don't have any issues with it being touch-sensitive either. Seems to be a good sturdy material. I have dropped my phone and have no scratched or crack in it!

I followed the directions exactly and was left with an uneven edges. After finally getting it straightened out the glass did not sit right on my phone and left a ring around the edges that will not stick down.

I used an Otterbox screen protector on my previous two phones so I got it for my new one again. This time around was an utter disappointment! I followed the directions like usual and was left with a considerable white edge around the entire screen. It wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried. This by no means my first time installing since I’ve also done a couple iPads as well. Expected much better considering how expensive it is compared to others.
