This slips all over therefore it ends up falling and then it has the potential to hit the open in protected button on the side. Not a great design. Would return but outside the return window.

Magnet is not very strong. Otherwise a good case. I am a little worried about the side of the screeen where the camera control button is. I think they should have put something around that function button.

I have always used Otter Box for my phones for their durability. I just bought this for my new Iphone 16 pro and the case itself is durable, but I have concern with the cutout for the new picture button as it leave a section of the phone unprotected. I will keep this case because I do go without anything to protect my phone but will be replacing with a case that covers all sides completely.

The case fits wells and feels nice, buttons have a great feel. However, huge design flaw…I really do not like the design with the new iPhone 16 camera button. The screen is completely unprotected near the camera button. Upon the very first drop on a semi-soft surface, the screen protector busted on the edge where there is no protection from the case around the camera button. I will now have to replace my screen protector, and I foresee it happening many times in the future. This is unfortunate, since everything else about this case is great.

The material of the inner soft part of this Commuter Series Case is made of sticky substance that attracts all dust and lint balls from your pocket when you carry it for a couple of days. After that your iPhone will look cheap grey and dirty

I’ve have always used OtterBox Commuter cases for all my iPhones and been extremely happy with them their performance. However this new commuter case for iPhone 16 Pro I just purchased is not deep enough which causes the top edge of the case to be almost level with the surface of the screen. I don’t feel this smaller lip will protect much (if at all) if phone is dropped. I also don’t like that the bottom right side where the new camera button is located, is left as a totally unprotected area of the phone’s frame.

This seems like it will keep my phone safe but it is very slippery! It’s hard to hold and the edge around the camera makes the phone slide on a table as well. I will not get this case again unfortunately
