OtterBox Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Commuter Series Case with MagSafe - Black

It is sturdy and protects my iPhone well. The color is fabulous. The cost was in my price range. I have even thought about buying another color in this series.

I have used the Otterbox Defender Pro for all my previous iPhones. I am disappointed with the fit of the new Otter Defender Pro for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The phone does not fit securely in the holster. I worry that it won't receive protection.

Great product. Installed easy. Dropped my new phone a couple of days after install and had no issues. Good protection. I like being able to charge it on a Mag Safe charger and not having to plug in a cord.

it’s a good size for the phone it doesn’t feel thick.

The has a firm grip and makes the phone feel good.

Let me first say that I have owned Otterbox cases since my first iPhone, and have loved them. But I don’t like that this case is so slick. When I set my phone down on a desk it easily slides away. I miss the rubber case that keeps the phone where I set it. I have ordered the Defender case, I hope that it’s more like what I’m looking for.

Hate the slot but seems to offer good protection. The apple silicone looks a lot better but seems to be less sturdy than the Ottorbox. Especially since i do not see myself using the camera options anytime soon this seems an unnecessary frill.

Like all the Otterbox’s I’ve had before the fit, finish and quality are great. My only complaint is the notch missing around the new action buttons. Holding the case is backward and uncomfortable with the edge of the notch.

Great stylish fit, providing full protection and very comfortable to hold, with easy access to side buttons and power connections.

Good case at a reasonable price but it could be better. Works as advertised but my main complaint is that there are no grips on the side so the phone slides the longer you hold it.

The Otterbox brand has never failed me!! Every phone I buy, I have always purchased an otterbox case because I have never had an issue with the quality and it does just what it says it will do- protect your phone from falls. I have dropped my phone more times than I’d like to admit- sometimes even accidentally smacking it across the room trying to catch it mid-fall- and these cases have always protected my phone. I didn’t have the case for the first couple of days after I bought my new phone so I was being ultra protective of it. The very next day after getting the case in and on my phone, I accidentally hit my hand that was holding the phone on the wall and it dropped/ skidded across the floor. I am SO lucky I had this case on because I just know if I didn’t, the back of my phone would have been messed up. If you are always dropping your phone or just want a case to protect your phone in case you ever drop your phone, the otterbox cases are for you!!

I’ve used OtterBox for years. As usual, this one didn’t disappoint. I traded in a 6 year old iPhone without a scratch on it, thanks to OtterBox Commuter series case

Been an Otter Box fan for years but the new case seems very flimsy!! Switched to a different brand! And with the notch for the camera button it's hard to grip my phone with case on!

Good case but the cut out for the photo button is awkward when holding. It is also awkward to use since the change in height limits the finger movement.

This case leaves an area of the screen exposed where the camera button is. If the phone was to fall and it hit there the screen is done for. Bad design needs to be redesigned

Excellent case for the money, provides great protection

This is my second commuter case I've had as I upgrade my iPhone every year with the Apple upgrade every year program. I had some rubber pieces on the back of my iPhone 15 Pro Max start to peel and it looks like they swapped it with plastic instead so shouldn't have any issues anymore. Otherwise the case seems like it is the same great quality that protected my other iPhone.
