OtterBox Commuter Series Case for Apple iPhone SE 2nd Gen & 8/7 - Black

I ordered this otter box cover two weeks back & they just sent me the inner cover only not the outer hard cover. It’s of no use to me.

I thought I was buying a slipcover that would fit over my otterbox. Not. I guess you have to buy the entire hard case otter box to get a new slipcover??

The slipcover fit perfectly, just like the original.

I ordered this because the description indicated it was a full phone case. It is not. It is just the soft part. Not the hard protective part. Buyer beware.

The best part is that the cover is slim and comfortable to hold (not slippery). The ends of the cover seem to stretch when I pull it out of my pocket. This may shorten the useful life somewhat.

I love the double case. I had one for my previous phone and it lasted 6 years and NEVER cracked (and I drop it all the time). So I KNEW that when I got my new phone I had to get it again. I LOVE the Mountain Green rubber first layer. It is the perfect shade. The little piece at the bottom to cover the charging port holds up for a very long time. Overall- I will ALWAYS buy otterbox! They are Proven to work!!

don't know about you, but I drop my phone ALL the time. Especially when I'm double-tasking with a work phone and a personal phone— someone's going to hit the pavement. I really appreciate this Otterbox case because it's not bulky (bulky cases can make dropping even more likely sometimes), and it's survived multiple rounds of "quality-testing" (i.e., dropping) already. It fits perfectly, stays on well, and the customization feature was nice, to order one in exactly the style I wanted. Definitely recommend!

It makes the phone much easier to handle & is a must to keep it safe.

As always OtterBox satisfy me with their product. I very please and will purchase again as need it.

Regular case not worth the money... also asked for stickers and they said no...

Phone service tried to tell me that another brand was just as good! Not TRUE! Chipped in first couple months.

I think this is my fifth otterbox cover. It might be more, because It was my first iphone 4 case about 12-13 years ago. For me, the Commuter Series is the right mix of protection, without being too bulky. I really do drop my phones a lot and always have a case ready when a new phone arrives. I have strayed a couple of times and purchased other cases, but they never held up and didn't seem that protective. When it came to ordering a case for my Dad's new cell phone, there was no debate on what it would be for him. In a perfect world the white and grey combo would be available again, but I understand that some people didn't understand that white can show dirt, and they complained. Light colors might tend to do that. I would recommend that they get the black and not worry about the dirt that doesn't show. White was easier to find. Fingers crossed for its return.

The full case didn't fit my holder, but the slipcover fits fine.

I just recently purchased an Iphone 7 case from a different company, but was quickly disappointed with the quality. I had an Otterbox before and was trying to find a case with similar quality but for a lesser price. I returned the other case and purchased an Otterbox again because the quality is superior and well worth the extra cost. My phone is protected fully from falls and looks amazing too.

I do like my Otter Box case and this was a very east purchase and quick delivery. I only wish there had been more color choices available.

This is my first OtterBox case I've ever bought & got it for my iPhone 8 that I just purchased. I was deciding between the Defender & Commuter series, but I decided to go with the commuter series because I liked the design & color choices better. It fits my iPhone 8 perfectly & really love the color combo of Black/Stormy Seas Blue. The edge is raised just enough to protect the screen, which it seems a lot of other cases lack. I am used to my old iPhone 5 style, so this case helps give that feel with my iPhone 8 without too much added weight & the sleek style without bulk. So needless to say I'm very happy with my purchase!

I have purchased an Otterbox case for my phone each time I have upgraded the phone. Otterbox never disappoints. The fit well, are easy to put on and deliver the protection that makes me feel I have purchased the very best.

I like that I could choose the two color combination. The buttons are easy to use even though they are covered by the case.
