Not what I thought I was buying. It’s hard plastic and no clip to store it. It slides all over the place. Disappointed.

Commuter Series Case for iPhone X/Xs Very disappointed with the Otter box I phone 10 case. I have had my I phone 10 since they came to market & needed another case for it. (This is my 3rd case) I replace them when the recharging cover breaks off. I was very disappointed with it as they really cheapened it up. Now it's only one piece instead of three. They completely removed the internal support structure, and the bracing that made it strong and the one no other case had. Sorry to say but they lost my business forever

A pretty good, but not perfect, case. Provides good protection, without being too bulky or heavy. Love the soft plastic removable cover over the lightning plug port (keeps pocket lint from interfering with the charging/data plug). I’d prefer if there were also one over the switch for “silent mode” as well, instead of just a cutout. Love the soft plastic over the buttons. It’s got just the right grip. The hard plastic cover provides good protection, and is slick enough to slide in & out of my pocket easily. I’d prefer if the case had a bit more “grip” on the sides. Either more exposed soft plastic on the sides (not the back) or a little more texture on the hard plastic (knurled or grooved surface on the edges would be nice.) Only other suggestion would be if the thickness of the soft rubber on the back were a bit less, with the raised edge protecting the front being a bit higher. This would provide a bit more protection for the front glass, while reducing the weight a bit. Overall, a great case for my iPhone Xs.
Funny how a new cover makes a phone new again too.

I just purchased my third Otter I-Phone Case and am as satisfied as I was in the past. I have the dropsies and I can count on my phone escaping without damage. It does not make the phone more cumbersome.

I had my old case for 2.5 years and finally replaced it- Within a week with this case on my phone has multiple cracks in the screen from one minor drop. Very let down.

This is my second or third Otter Box, over several years and multiple phones. These cases are GREAT. I drop my phone constantly–like, multiple times a day. Face down on concrete floors. Will I ever learn my lesson and stop being so careless? Probably not, because I don't have to! OtterBox keeps it safe and secure. I don't normally write reviews, but this is a REALLY GOOD product, totally worth the price. Has saved me from a cracked screen too many times to count.

I just received this case today and it’s amazing! At first I was kind of iffy on it reading some of these reviews, but it fits on my phone perfectly and I love how it fits in my hands. I definitely would recommend this case! If you’re debating on buying this one, go for it!!

I have had this OtterBox model since I got the iPhoneXs, but it is the second one because the plastic corner broke. I swear that I got a replacement for the plastic part once before (for free, minus shipping) but couldn't find that order in my receipts. So, I just bought a second one... obviously it worked because the phone wasn't damaged in either drop.
