I feel it’s the best phone cases on the market. It’s the only one I’ve ever used and was an USAF aircrew member and was very hard on my phone and this case protects flawlessly!

It’s a great case I’ve had it for a few months now and I love it. I work at a grain plant and I like how it keeps dust out of my charging port of off my phone all together. It’s a very well made case.

Bought the Otterbox defender series in black. Did not protect my phone as marketed and the back glass of my iPhone is now shattered. I’d have better security at our borders…

I love the otter box pro. I’ve had several and it’s the first accessory I buy when I get a new phone. I love the belt clip so I don’t have to worry about having a pocket to put it in. I’ve dropped or sent my phone flying on accident before and have yet to have damage. When I have broken a belt clip, they are great about warranty replacement.

I bought 2 of this cases and both last less than one year. I didn’t know about the warranty. I try to reclaim the warranty but the cases Defender Series are not in the list warranty.

My Defender has lasted me about exactly 2 years. Ive had it and worn it down, dropped it and its always done its job. The flaps that cover the charging port kinda just fell off after a while but that was not that big of a deal. Overall 10/10 case.

Do not buy this case. My iphone broke while in the case. I was looking at my camera and noticed a crack i took the case off and the glass was shattered. I am so upset because i did research and took my time to find a good case and only had it for 5 months. I would recommend a different brand!

Bought Defender series for my husband's iPhone 13 Pro in Feb2022 (long time user); in July holster broke. Submitted a warranty order online and received a new holster. But for a while now phone does not stay securely fastened and pops out when touched. Other cases never did that, and naturally phone drops to the ground. I was making another warranty order online for case, and site says can't ship to my location in Canada!!!! But it will ship if I order a new one and not through warranty.
