The case is very durable and I'm confident it will preserve the phone. I appreciate that the border around the camera lenses is raised, protecting them instead of the lenses jutting out from the case and risking them being damaged despite having the case on. Getting the case on is a different story. I can confidently say this is the hardest phone case I have ever tried to slip on to a phone. If this is not telling enough, I had to use a guitar pick to fully slip the case on. The instructional video for the case is not accurate in showing how difficult it is trying to slip with just your hands, and other tools should be recommended or even are included when ordering the case to help with the process. To also give a time perspective, I spent 30 minutes when initially trying to slip the case on, and later on when I wanted to get a screen protector, I had to repeat this same time-consuming process.

Almost impossible to put on my phone. Despite that i decided to take the case off my phone to clean it a bit and noticed the metal surround the phone had pretty deep scratches. Pretty weird considering the case has been on the phone since the day i got it. Definitely wishing i went with another case.

I chose this case for its slim design because I like to slip my phone into my pocket easily. This case is a little grippy around the edges but it still slips into my pocket rather well. I have used a pop socket wallet with other phones and decided to try the magnetic version to work with this case. The magnet is just strong enough to hold the wallet in place when I want it to, and releases only when I want it to. Of course, I’ve already dropped this phone countless times and so far, so good. I’m satisfied with this case.

My iPhone 14 Pro, in this case, fell from its holster onto the floor and the screen cracked. As you can imagine I am very unhappy about the performance of this product and the expensive repair it has left me with.

I don’t like it the way the out part doesn’t fit in the back side

Another great protective iPhone case from Otterbox. I buy one every time I get a new phone and have never had an issue with damage from the ocassional drop on a lot of different surfaces

I’ve had this Defender iPhone 14 pro case for just over a month and the protective rubber ring around cameras has started to separate from the rest of the case.

I ordered the Defender XT Pro Clear iPhone on 3/23/23. The case is FANTASTIC!!!! Yes It is slim and very well made. Easy use of all external buttons. The lanyard attachment is an awesome benefit for someone who drops the phone as much as I do. It showcases my deep purple 14 Pro beautifully. Well worth the money. Way to go!!!

The case is not made correctly, the mute slot is off enough that I need a flat slim tool to switch from mute to ring

Ridiculously difficult to install. The Video is not accurate. Complete crap and I will be returning it.

Not happy, no screen cover, and no belt clip. (for that price)

Low profile. Clear back to show off best phone on the market. Protects pro camera system when phone is on a surface. Just great all around.

The itself is great as far as the sleekness combined with the level of protection. The reason I gave it a 3 stars is that the case is dang near impossible to get on. When I first tried to get it on, it was so tight (and this was after watching the videos on how to get the case on) it made a bubble on my screen protector. It also tore up my thumbs trying get it on, and took entirely too long. I almost gave up. I had actually purchased two cases thinking I would switch back and forth to change up the looks, but this thing is never coming off now. Way to hard to get on.

I bought the OtterBox/alphaglass combo because that’s all I’ve ever used and has served me extremely well. Till now. Costumer service will make it right but you have to get in touch with them even after leaving a bad review they will comment but my guess is they hope you don’t visit the page and forget about it. I finally order a different case and when I took the phone out of the OtterBox the sides were all chipped. Although the 14 pro does fit snug in the case it does not fit right. There has many times when I leaned against something and heard a snap. The phone was ok but the case will sort of pop out then go back into place. Like I said it doesn’t hurt the phone that I know of or maybe that is how all the chips on the sides occurred either way it’s not what somebody would expect from one of the highest costing cases on the market.
