The best cellphone protection one can buy!
I have always purchased Otterbox, because the equipment worked well for me when I was a police officer. I am retired now, and stay with the tried and true Otterbox Defender case.

Hello, Rob! The Defender and Defender Pro Series case are compatible with wireless charging, but do not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider! Still sturdy just disappointed with newer design
I like the case as it is still sturdy however I don't like how the camera lens is almost level with the case itself. My past Otter Boxes had a bit of a dip (or recess) in the case so that it protected the lens itself because it wasn't level. I understand that the designers probably did this to make the case more streamlined and compact but I would still choose the prior designs so that the camera lens could be more protected.

Very weak phone clip
The clip doesn’t feel very strong. You really have to make sure it’s in there otherwise you’ll lose your phone.

No built in magnet inside like some other cases do to snap MagSafe items. Other than that very sturdy.

Works with MagSafe just doesn’t attach
Sturdy, pretty purple color and works when laid on top of the little flat MagSafe charger. It does not remain attached when I lift it up like the one with MagSafe in the name, but that is how I like it. I did have to draw a circle to know where to center on the charger.

Nice case
I have had the defender for every phone that I have owned. I have never broken one. This one came with a camera cover, but it shattered for some unknown reason. I didn’t drop it or strike anything against it as far as I know. I hope they will replace it, but otherwise all my past cameras have been safe with the case alone.
