Love it
My husband bought my first Otterbox two years ago and I recently broke the holster. I love the multi-uses this holster provides and was sorely inconvenienced. I ordered from the website and was back in business in a matter of a few days. Thanks to the people delivering such a great product.

Easy living
This is a replacement for one I broke. I’m very hard on my phone and case so I was happy it stood up for 3 years. But my favorite thing about this is the ease of use. No more struggling to find my phone in my purse . No more struggling to get it in or out of my pocket when it’s right there on my side. Absolutely love the convenience.

Very poor design
I’ve bought multiple times but it’s a very poor design because same bottom corner keeps breaking off, if phone is not in clip.

Too good to be true
I bought this a month ago and it has not done its job. I have dropped my phone a handful of times and the casing has popped right open! It must keep falling right on the sweet spot to completely open during impact. Luckily, my phone hasn't cracked.

Worth the price!
Purchased this for my Husband who is a Diesel Mechanic. This case keeps his iPhone Xs Max like new inside the case. In his line of work his phone is subject to grease, oil and drops. When he trades his phone it is in new condition. This is the second case for this phone and only reason we had to get a new one was the charger port cover broke off due to the wear. We will continue to purchase Otter box for any future phones!

Got 3 wrong ones order again wrong ones send all six back no body will call I ask to so could get right ones Think somebody could call but no just want to do chat an that is not for every body

Replacement Holster
This is my 5th replacement holster that I have replaced so many times before because they keep breaking. I remember the phone store used to replace them at no cost to the customer. Then they stopped and I had to buy a whole case including the holster which was not cheap. The Otterbox case is a great design and has protected my phone from so many falls. The holster design could be made with a more durable plastic. Otterbox has a good case but why they are not coming up with a better durable holster.

Wrong item
Need an IPhone XS belt clip. This is the 2nd one thats broken in the last year. Cant find a replacement. What was sent was for the XS Max. Not the XS. Useless.

Good product
Works well, had one before and loved it but the teeth that hold the phone wore down after about a year and it stopped keeping the phone in place. I wish they would make it a little stronger!

Replacement Cover
A pad charger got hot enough to melt the slip cover. Threw charger into the trash, purchased a new slipcover. I especially like the feel of the Defender cover and also it has saved my phone numerous times. Terrific product, I have been a fan of Otterbox for years, never disappointed.

Absolutely necessary for me!
Admittedly a holster is not the greatest of fashion statements! However, as an ER physician, always in scrubs, I find the holster to be absolutely necessary! My phone is a must at all times, serving as a bedside computer in essence for dosage calculation, algorithms, patient tutorials, rapid reference and the list goes on & on! For years I have relied on the Otterbox case & holster, and honestly feared that someday the holster would disappear from a “fashion” standpoint. Please don’t let that happen! For me, it is a must!

Great value
It keeps my iPhone safe, that’s a great investment when you have Parkinson’s Disease and tend to drop it a lot! Also, I love the color!!
