Terrible! The folding is loose and slides around so typing or picture taking is impossible. It was like it was worn out but brand new out of the box. Had the trash not already been taken out this would have been returned after the first day!

This product does not perform as advertised. The magnet is not strong enough and the phone falls out. I have not had it long enough to comment on the performance of the slots for credit cards but it looks like it will not last long.

The pictures make this folio look like it can handle multiple cards. Once you put a couple of cards in here and any sort of cash, the folio strap no longer closes the case. And now after having this 6 months the liner in the credit card pockets have ripped, which makes the cards virtually impossible to get out. I was very disappointed as OtterBox is my go to case and they usually have awesome products.

I like the folio but wish the camera lens had better protection since even with folio buttoned up putting the camera lens down on a surface can have a damaging effect, of course covering the lens lessens quick picture taking?

I’ve always loved otterbox cases and expected a great product. However, this case did not meet my expectations. I’ve owned this case for 5 days and my phone has fallen out several times, causing my new screen protector to break. In addition, the closed case is very loose on the phone making it awkward to hold

Not worth the money. Spent 100 for case and magnetic bill fold. The phone easily slides off and have dropped numerous times. As for the bill fold the pouches the hold the credit cards already have broken and all the cards get stuck. This product is horrible and I deeply regret wasting my money. You can get better products for half the price. I thought otter box was the best. Guess I was wrong.

Does not close all the way with cards in the slots. Also, it made my phone feel very bulky in my pocket. I think with a couple of tweaks Otterbox can make this good. But unfortunately as is, pass.

Each of the slots on this Folio for MagSafe is only meant to hold a card or two, or some cash. Overstuffing these slots could lead to that "bulky" feeling you mention.
