I am extremely unhappy with this case specifically. After a short time using it the bottom of the case tore in half and is hanging on only by the top part that hasn't completely come off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of the Otter Box products. This case is great. I love how it has an anti-slip, ergonomic design. It is also 5G compatible! It keeps my phone cooler than other cases, making this great for gaming on my IPhone 12 Pro. Another feature that I like is infused with antimicrobial technology. This case is easy to clean, as well. I dropped my phone while this case was on, and it definitely protected my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The anti-slip grip is fantastic - very soft silicone feel around the side but the texture stripe on the back is not very cool. Keeps my phone plenty cool and love that it’s 5G compatible (whatever that means) and has an anti-microbial coating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love otter box! This brand is pretty reliable and durable, the look of this case is simple and and feels great while holding. I get a good grip while playing games or just scrolling through my phone and it gets less hot than a normal case, I have a less chance of dropping it but if I accidentally do it is a thick and well made case that should protect the phone.

Before using this case I had cracked my phone 2 times in one month and had to change it. I’ve dropped my phone several times since using the Otter Box phone case and it has stayed in tact! Love it!

With that the small cooling pad in the back DEFINITELY makes a difference especially considering I have the 12 that has heating problems. I love the case would recommend.
