OtterBox Frē SERIES Case w/MagSafe for Apple iPhone 14 Plus - Black (77-90169) - New

Very hard to take on and off. Hard to use through plastic screens. No way to attach a lanyard

I love this product but sent this back because i accidently ordered the 14 Plus but needed the 14

Good for water activities, problem is Face ID does not work very well so is an issue.

I dislike the turnknob on the left side of the phone that is used to put the phone into silent mode. It is very hard to use and I need to put my phone into silent mode on a frequent basis.

It’s great love it but the audio on speaker is all messed up no one can hear me and it wasn’t a problem until I took it off the first time to take a hair out

I've used these cases for over a decade now, since they were LifeProof, but there seems to be a serious manufacturing defect with this model case. I am going on my third case in 10 months, each having to be replaced due to the same issue. It appears that whatever film or coating that Otterbox is using on the clear plastic that covers the camera lens begins to disintegrate at nearly 5 months on the nose. This makes every photo extremely cloudy and renders the camera useless, as you can no longer use your phone's camera while using the case. I am disabled and do not leave my house, to the point I don't have a car. My phone sits on my coffee table or desk for the majority of the day. It is not being exposed to chemicals or rubbing on anything, it does not get exposed to humidity or water. There is no reason for this and it is beyond frustrating. I recommend choosing a different case.

Love the Fre and have had them for years but the colors now are just horrible and ugly. My iPhone 11 case was solid purple and nice. Before if I had a beige gray. This new style for iPhone 14 in purple has terrible bright pink at the edging. Same with the green. Please get rid of the ugly contrasting edging colors and have them be one color like they used to be.

Very disappointed in my case. The screen protector bubbles away from the phone making texting near impossible and quite frustrating. Never had this issue in the past but for the price, and already having minimum color options, It was not worth the purchase.

Pieces of the case get stuck under the screen really easily. Not as drop proof strong as other options.

Kind of disappointed in the case..its pretty flimsy for the OtterBox quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The case is well sealed and clicks together firm and securely, however I am so disappointed about the the sound button. It’s a little knob that clicks the toggle on your iPhone “Silent Mode” on/off… fine in theory but in actuality it’s so hard to turn if you have fingernails… like at all. I have short nails, just enough for French manicure, and I can hardly turn it!

can pop-ups stick on the back on this case? my cases i bought before nothing would stick to them. also the little door always stops closing.

this case is so flimsy compared to other otterbox cases I’ve used. Case vibrates loudly when playing music or video - can’t imagine this is good for the phone in the long run.
