OtterBox iPhone 17 Pro Max Symmetry Series Case for MagSafe Black

Awful! Terrible design. Won’t hold phone and always dropping.

I have been dealing with OTTERBOX for many years and I have always been impressed. From the days when we had to take pictures of the faulty item to today when we merely have to describe the issue. But you have climbed into a new level with merely highlighting a symbol and you send it out. I will continue to pay the prices you set as I know I am getting premium products for years worth of service.

The groove in the center doesn’t secure sometimes properly when put in the holster.

Not including the clip is a same and very bad business

Case isn’t that bad but the holsters are crap! Phone is constantly popping out of the holster and always difficult to try and put the phone in it. Latch on the back of the holster is constantly popping open and latching into the prop stand mode. Only reason I went with otterbox is because of the case itself. Of course now when you buy a case the holster doesn’t come with it and you have to now order it separately. The last phone I had with an otterbox holster I had to replace the holster 6 times as they kept breaking.

As expected, the case is strong, was easy to install on the phone, and does everything I would want in a protective case. Highly recommended.

The holster doesn’t fit as well as previous versions but it is still that added layer of protection that I wanted for my iPhone investment, I am also taken aback because I had to pay for it as weeks before when this case was unavailable I had seen the holster advertised for free, as it had always been.

Awful didn’t hold the phone at all kept falling out used one in the past didn’t have any problems but now they won’t even hold a phone would like to have my money back but that’s probably out

As always, any OtterBox product is worth the money. Quality material and good design. The clip is strong and holds the phone securely.

Great until I realized they changed the case. They’ve removed the stabilizing bar from the MagSafe connection and the attachment is very weak now. I ended up returning the case back and switching to another brand that still has the stabilizing bar.

Great case and holster. I have had a defender series case for several iphone models and they have always been dependable and protected my phone at all times. This is another great case and I highly recommend the defender series.

Always have to get the holster with the case. Nothing special about the holster but that it works with the case and holds very well and it is very well made

Excellent protection from otterbox Defenders from my iPhone 4 all the way to my iPhone 17 ProMax. I’ve dropped all my iPhones on the job including out of the cab of a tractor trailer to the roads and parking lots below. Nothing protects my iPhone better then the Defender Series

Best case in hands down nothing better. Absolutely great case highlights are the 2 layers of protection and the belt clip

Cool that it was free. Don’t use it often. But nice to have. Esp when I pack my phone.

It still has a slight latching problem. Phone falls out if not careful when you click it in.
