[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Backpack is super comfy and has all the necessary pockets you need to hold laptop, charger, remote and headset. Only giving it a 4 because I thought the armored part would be more of a hardshell.

It is large enough that I use it for short works trip both by car and when taking a flight. It is made of decent material, has good zippers, and nice straps. I have high hopes that backpack will last for quite a while. The armored front feels like it will do a good job with helping protect what is packed inside but is not overly rigid in that it might damage the contents should it get jostled around.

Came broken. Can't get return label. Three times now with the support chat talking about the issue twice I was sent a linke for a retun which I can't use because no carriers in my area. It's absolutely ridiculous.
