Came broken. Can't get return label. Three times now with the support chat talking about the issue twice I was sent a linke for a retun which I can't use because no carriers in my area. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Very good backpack, affordable, practical and well-designed. a lot of storage place. The part with the protection for the laptop is a good idea.

Everything is pretty solid and there's a ton of room in there. One thing that made me regret buying it a bit was that i travel a lot and the backpack normally goes under the seat and this is just a tag too big to comfortably go under the seat unfortunately so if you fly frequently, you should look at other options otherwise a solid choice
