OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Commuter Series Case

It is too stiff, it's hard to operate your butting.

My previous phone had a massive crack going down the middle. As a result when I got the S23, I opted to go for an Otterbox case for it. This case has only recently broke in the corner near the cameras. However, as it is currently 2025 and the phone was bought when it was new; The two years worth of durability was worth the asking price. I plan on trusting otterbox with my next phone as well when an Otterbox for that phone releases. The S23 itself is still otherwise undamaged.

Not in love with the side buttons. Little tough to do a screenshot. Protects well. Looks great. Feels great.

The particular style doesn't fit well. It gaps at sides. Especially near the buttons for the phone

Liked this style of case as I had it with my other Samsung.

I've had this on my phone for awhile now and it's held up great. It's protected my phone like the OtterBox series has my phones for a long time and I will always keep using them.

I love otterbox cases. I buy one for all my phones. Had my phone mounted on my motorcycle with defender case . Hit deer at 60mph ,phone went flying down road. Still worked perfect not even a scratch on the screen. Able to call 911 Can't praise them enough

The worse case I ever had from you guys don't buy it get the other cases but not this one. I can't get the color phone I had cause is not available 😐.

Loose on my samsung s23 ultra. Not good quality. Lasted approximately 6 months.

This case is great and plenty sturdy, while not adding too much bulk to an already large phone. I just wish it extended byond the front screen around the edges more as that does a lot for screen protection without the need for a screen protector. Also avoid the "clearly protected" screen protector, its garbage...

The commuter series case was my favorite case for Samsung Galaxy phones in the past, but it has issues now. I had this same issue with the S22 Ultra case and now the S23 Ultra. The case fits great when new, but, after a few months of use, the soft rubber areas of the case expand and do not grip the phone anymore. This case constantly falls off from the top right and top left corners of the phone after a few months of use. I keep warranty exchanging the case because it's cheaper than buying another new case, but I won't buy the Commuter Series case for future phones unless this issue is addressed and fixed. If you read the reviews here, you'll see that others are having this same issue.

Ive bought 2 otterbox in the past year one for my s21 ultra and 1 for my s24 ultra and both of them are lose on the top right of phone .it does not fit tight there.

I thought it would be soft like the other cases. However it is plastic and slips out of your hands easy. Also color of green was off from what the picture looked like.

Great customer service. My original order was lost by the post office and customer service had a replacement shipped out to me right away. The case fits very well and makes holding the phone much easier. I enjoy that it reduces the slickness of the phone. This is already a large phone, and while the case does add a little bit of size, it's very manageable. I've used otterbox for all my phones and have never had a problem or a break.

Case is solid. I really like the grip on the sides and back, and the material feels high quality. My only issue is that the product description states that it's wireless charging compatible, but when I've tried using wireless charging, it doesn't function. Other than that, I really like the case, just wish that was true.

The side warped after a couple months of owning the case makes it hard to push the side buttons even before it started warping I wanted to like this case but for what I paid and it doing this I don't think I'll get another case here
