Like others said, this is difficult to install with the included accessories. The protector wouldn't separate from the plastic and left smudges. I removed and tossed it. Complete waste

The product did not work. The screen saver would not stick. Pure garbage.

Disappointed in the installation process. Not one part worked as it was supposed to. Instructions weren't clear enough. I feel like I'm pretty good at installing screen protection but all the parts of this one made it difficult. I ended up manually installing it and one corner won't stay attached and I have some bubbles. Seems it would have been better to get a cheap knock off without all the 'gadgets' involved in installation.

I trust Otterbox and have bought many protective cases.

I purchased the screen protector for my new S24 plus and it did not go as planned. I followed the instructions to the letter and the screen protector went on skewed to one side. Also there were lots of bubbles. As I was trying to adjust it on the screen my fingerprints were left on the adhesive. Rendering the protector useless. I called their CS dept and they were extremely helpful. The sent me out a new screen protector immediately. The second protector went on with no trouble at all. No bubbles and perfectly centered. Its been on the phone for 3 weeks and still looks perfect. I would recommend this product. Just be advised NOT to take off the backing of the protector until you're sure that it is perfectly centered.

Awesome product! Otterbox produces no junk. Fits perfectly, great protection for my new phone.

works as expected since I had to cut costs off of the old OtterBox and took away the hard case that had a clear plastic Shield that covers your screen on your phone.Then you put your phone in and then it whet into another rubber rugged case like the ones they have today .

So far so good, did not go on as easy as past screen protectors...had a few bubbles at first but fortunately came out

It's protecting my phone but there is some areas not staying down on the phone bubbles in the protection screen.

So far so good with the protection. We thought we'd messed up applying it as there were two or three imperfections that would not go away immediately. Over the next several days, they all disappeared so I assume they were air trapped underneath

Not sure what was wrong with this but it would not remove from the hard plastic sheet it arrived on. Otter box was very helpful however and is sending me a new screen protector.

Awesome protection and excellent installation process, but the air bubbles can be painful to remove.

Followed directions but the screen seemed to be used and really did not adhere well to my S24 + Since I was going on travel, I did not have the ability to try for a replacement.

The guide is useless and my phone slipped out of it. I had a really bad time with it.
