New phone case
Bought a supposed new phone case and came without packaging as if it was used or already opened and just thrown loosely in a package and mailed, also does not fit the phone correct if there is a defect on it where a portion of the rubber outer casing does not snap or fit onto/around the hard plastic shell that goes around the phone. For the price would have expected better for a new item purchase

Poor quality
It already broke, plastic clip. This is the 2nd one i have bought for this phone and they keep breaking.

This case is rock solid.
This case is rock solid. It's also very "grippy" rather than smooth and slippery so there's not much chance if dropping it accidentally. I love the added convenience of a belt clip. Since this case is thicker than my old Symmetry my phone won't easily fit in the old phone pocket of my jeans. It's nice having the clip.

Reliable As Always
Never really had an issue with Otter Boxes. I went from a GS3, to a S9 Plus, to a now S25 Plus. No issues with them besides after years and years of abuse. The rubber eventually just loosen up. All phone end up looking brand new when I move on to the next.

Needs to be modified
I hate that the phone only goes into the holder one way. It would be very easy to put the phone in the wrong way and lose or the phone drop out at an inopportune moment. Really think there should be a design change. Always have had otter box to protect my phones. Knowing this, I would not have gotten it. Please re-engineer the case where it will fit both ways. Thanks

Belt clip much better than previous units. Belt clip design much better and easier to put on and take off.
