It doesn't clck into the belt clip very well and easily falls out.

I have used Otterbox for years and have never had a phone break in any way although I have dropped many phones in ways that they would have broken otherwise.

Not magnetic. Doesn't work with Samsung adaptables. Product only works on its own not user friendly

I recently picked up this OtterBox case and have been really pleased with it so far. I was looking for something rugged to protect my phone, but I didn’t want it to be overly bulky or unattractive. This case strikes a great balance — it feels solid in the hand and has a clean, streamlined look. The design is subtle yet tough, and the texture gives it a nice grip without feeling sticky or picking up lint. A friend even commented, *“That’s a great-looking case — and it looks sturdy too,”* which confirmed I made the right choice. One feature I was hoping for — but honestly wasn’t counting on — was wireless charging. To my surprise, it **does work** in my Hyundai Palisade’s wireless charging pad. It’s not lightning-fast, and you have to place it just right, but it gets the job done. That was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting with a rugged case like this. After a few weeks of use (and a couple of accidental drops), I can say the protection is definitely there. The phone is secure, the buttons are responsive, and the edges give solid screen and camera protection. Overall, if you're looking for a sturdy case that doesn’t look or feel like overkill, this OtterBox is a solid pick. Great protection with just enough style and convenience built in.

I love the color. The problem I have is the flap over the plug in. It is VERY difficult to plug in the device.

There is no better case than the Otterbox Defender Pro case. But I sure wish that you would get some better colors. Why are all the non-black cases two-toned? How about a pretty blue like you have for Apple? Or a solid navy? Or a solid brown? Or dark green. I hate the two-tone colors.

Have been buying the defender cases for years and have been generally well satisfied. This one is far more flimsy than any previous iteration. In particular the front frame that holds the phone into the back Plastic housing is exceptionally thin and flimsy. Combined with the somewhat thinner than usual rubber overlay, it does not inspire confidence in surviving a significant drop. Comparing this to previous earlier cases which were dropped numerous times onto concrete with absolutely no damage to the case and of course no damage to the phone. I have my doubts about this one. What is surprising is that no one purchases the defender case for style and slimness. You’re buying the case for ruggedness and the absolute highest level of protection. This iteration of the defender doesn’t present itself that way. Makes no sense.L

Otterbox defender series covers have been my choice for years. I actually traded my new phone in for a different model due to no case available for my phone. I am very disappointed in the fit of my new defender case & belt clip. First off if you try to stow the phone into the clip with the screen facing in (as it should be) the phone stays loose & easily detaches. When placed screen out (exposed) it is a struggle to click it in correctly. As stated , been a very satisfied customer for YEARS but this has me rethinking my choice of covers. I hope this review is heard by the company & the problems are corrected as this case has been great on my past phones but has left much to be desired for the Samsung s25ultra.

I've always loved the defender series, especially when you started making more colors for Samsung. However, for the 25 Ultra I don't like that the corners are no longer smooth. They look like they have "ears," for lack of a better term. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. If it ain't broke...

Perfect in every way I've used otterback for years. Drop your phone = a moment of disparate then you remember you bought otterback. 😁

The camera cut needs to be better. On my s22 it had a noticeable lip for protection, the s25 version is almost flush, plus it's finnaly time to get rid of the large opening and bring the hard shell right up to the cameras like other brands have started doing. Other than that, it would be a 5 star case, I love the defender series. I also love the additional grip texture added this year.
