Unfortunately, this type of case is too slick. It slips off of surfaces and out of hands. If it had a more rubbery feel it would be much better.

Not even a week after I got this case I dropped my phone from about 3 feet high and the back of it shattered. I had dropped my phone many times in another case and it didn’t impact my phone at all until I got this case.

I love this case, BUT, I just had to place my second warranty order on the two that I own. The rubber surrounding the case detaches from the hard plastic after a few months. This has happened to the 4 that I have owned. Hopefully it won’t happen with the new ones that I’m expecting.

The case is nice and sleek feels good in hand but you need a pop socket or it could just slip out. I took away one star because it doesn’t fit flush around the volume and power buttons leaving some of the phone metal exposed, almost like it needs to shrink a little.

Very happy with my purchase! This phone case has been by far the best and has provided the best protection. And it finally comes in purple!

My family has been using OtterBox cases for years, and we have always loved them. However, my mom and I both purchased this case for our iPhone 13s, and after about 8 months of use, the lining started detaching from the case. This issue appeared in the areas surrounding the power-off buttons, the volume buttons, and the charging port. A few months later, my mom's case experienced the same problem. Initially, I assumed it was just a defect and contacted OtterBox for a replacement, which they provided free of charge under the warranty. However, after about 7 months of using the replacement case, the lining started detaching again. Despite the case having protected my phone from numerous drops, the detached lining caused the screen to crack immediately upon dropping and I now have multiple cracks on my screen (I know it is my fault for dropping my phone, but I should still be able to rely on my case to offer some level of protection, especially if it is on the pricer side, and this case no longer does this). The fact that this has happened three times with this case indicates a major flaw in its design, and it is no longer protective once the lining detaches.

I drop my phone quite frequently and this case has been its saving grace for the last 2 years.

Super thin, stylish and dependable phone case. I would definitely buy it again.

I got my 13 max about a year ago and havnt really had any big drops till today it was about 3 1/2 feet and landed on concrete and shattered the back of my phone. I hope people understand to get the defender series ove this one. It has verry little bedding

I love my Otterbox Symmetry case. Always get it with every new phone. It's the best, not bulky and really nice to the touch. I try them all and this is my favourite by far!

I really like my iPhone 13 Pro Max Symmetry Series Case. I trust that my phone is well protected. I like the slim line of this case, it’s not bulky. I have never had any issues with any OTTERBOX case I have ordered. The newest one I got was the Pink one.

I like the shape and fit but I wish it was had a better grip feel

Great phone protection. The case fits well and so far has protected my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Doesn’t stick to magsafe charger. Main reason I got this. Disappointed
