Wish I could give zero stars!
Let me start by saying, I absolutely LOVE OtterBox cases. I've had the commuter case on my phone for over three years with no problem.. but I wanted a case that would show my phone so I got the clear symmetry case.. worst decision of my LIFE. I've had it on my phone for less than 2 weeks and today my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen shattered (the only thing keeping it together it the screen protector I have on it, it's shattered so bad!). I am a thousand percent positive that this wouldn't have happened if I had the commuter case on. I drop my phone A LOT. Which is why I buy OtterBox cases. And I will continue to buy them.. just not the symmetry case. If you're clumsy like me, spend the extra money and get the commuter case or defender or defender pro. Do not buy the symmetry!

Hasn't held up like my other otterbox cases
I've always used otterbox cases and still love the protection they provide. Even with tears in my case it is doing its job. My issue is like that of many others have said, No Variety to choose from in the color choices! I realize that there are tons of different phone types available now and it would not be cost effective to mass produce every design for every phone, but 7 options and only 1 clear and the rest black is rediculous. 2 other colors were available for a limited time but now that I am in need of a new one because mine is broken I will have to settle or switch to another brand. I would love to be able to order what I wanted and even wait longer for it and pay extra to have it done, even though I shouldn't have to since the options are available for other brands, ex: Apple. I'm curious, does Apple have a contract with otterbox or does your company just choose to cater to them? If it's of mutual financial interest to you I'm sure arrangements can be made with other companies as well, but we all know Apple does not like to play with others so who is making the business decisions for otterbox? Maybe there is some research to be done here...

I am very disappointed that there is no front cover. It should be called a wrap instead of a case. I have not used it and don't plan on it. I would send it back but to much hassle to do so.

Hey, we just got the cases last week so been using it since. I got the glitter one and got my husband a clear one. Mine is kinda okay, but husband's already scratched! I'm happy with the protection part, but it's quite disappointing to see the cover scratched so quick. We spend quite a lot to get this cases, and plan to use it for a long time.. But it's not so nice when you can see the scratches.. I would recommend Otterbox cases to my friends and family but probably don't choose the clear one.. The rest are amazing
