Zero stars. The very worst phone case I have ever bought. Cannot reach the characters on the left side of the keyboard without pulling the case to the side because the edges are too high. The case slips every time you open the phone to use the full screen. I requested my money back and of course, no one responded.

The front of the case doesn't stay on it constantly slides off due to the spine protector especially when opening the case. As well as the side connected to the spine protector of the front of the case bends into the screen making the side of the touch screen unusable.

The plastic piece that slides in to cover the side of the phone doesn't stay in place but the case over all is very durable. It would help to provide protective covers for the screens

The case was good for about 2 weeks. The sticky bits on the left side if the screen went bad within a couple days and the small section scratched my screen. Seems to mostly be a issue with the galaxy z fold 4 since its happened on all the cases i have aquired.

The fold depends upon adhesive strips to help retain the cover due to the design of the phone. The disappointment came not from the adhesive not sticking to the phone but not sticking to the case. I was left with an expensive new phone with a case that nearly fell off when opening the phone and left adhesive strips stuck to the phone. I've been loyal to otterbox but this case disappoints.

It is without a doubt the WORST case that I've ever owned. It is loose, does not stay in place, and falls off of the phone more than it stays on. It's cheaply made and appears not to come anywhere close to the prior standard of an Otterbox case. It doesn't even have a belt clip !!!!!! I want my money back. It is USELESS.

Been an Otterbox customer for a long time (10+ years) It's a good Otterbox for protection.. It does protect if dropped but...Wish there was a rubber ring of some kind.. Slides a lot has no grip at all!...Case is not fitting properly. The case gaps when "fold" on phone is opened. Wish they would have a retro fix or perhaps a re-engineering.

Had it installed at tmobile, and the adhesive used to hold the case onto the phone stopped sticking after 2 days. When you open and close the case it pops off

Not what i was expecting, you cannot have any tyoe of cover for your screen and pit this cover on. The front of the cover does not stay put. I have to keep pushing it in.

One enge bends out towards the screen and i was told it was normal, the lip on the outer screen is so large you cant even get to the edges properly
