This is one instance when you should listen to reviewers. I didn’t, and within 3 months bought a Logitech case. This case is garbage for the price- hard to open, the pen case is so easy to accidentally dislodge, yet difficult to reattach, and stand mechanisms are faulty. They easily slide and give way, slamming your iPad against whatever surface it’s on. I would move along and look at other brands.

I’m not crazy about this folio. It doesn’t seem as though the flap will stay closed to protect my screen very well if it were to drop. I think I’ll go back to my old otterbox case (the regular 360, but not Elite) or order a new one, as it closes more securely with a magnetic closure. My older case seems more sturdy, too. The 360 elite seems I be more cheaply made.

Super sad to say, my iPad slipped off a chair while wearing this case and the screen cracked despite it being closed and a small fall. Very very dissappointed and costly for as the iPad wasn’t a year old and I didn’t buy a warranty because I’ve always had great cases.

I've been using Otterbox products for my phones and tablets for quite a few years and have always been impressed with the features and level of protection. Unfortunately, the Symmetry case that I purchased for my new iPad Air has been less than impressive. I find it hard to hold/handle, and the edge is so soft and flexible that it is difficult to grip securely. I travel quite a bit, and I am not confident that it will survive. More importantly, I'm not confident that my iPad will.

For the price i payed and the quality that otterbox usually gives i don’t understand why the corner of this case is all funky. It doesn’t stay on the iPad and does not seem at all protective

Janky fit at the corner by the lock/volume control. Cover and stand functions ok, but not as good as the Apple covers. Frankly I’m disappointed in this item, I expected better from Otterbox.

I bought this case for my iPad Air 4 and the rubber between the Touch ID and camera cutoff is always coming off plus it caused cosmetic damage to it like a small dent near the power button. Someone has to pay for this. I’m not happy about it at all.

Apple should not be caring these in the store. I received this case on Sunday, today is Thursday and the integrity of the case is already compromised. Very disappointed with this case. Please stick with phones

The camera corner is very flimsy and not staying on, keep in mind I only had it on for a few minutes but the corner kept gliding out of the case, and the whole point with a case is too protect the iPad wright? This is not it

I was given the After Dark case for my birthday with my iPad and it’s only been about a month and this case is already giving me issues. It keeps popping off my iPad around the Touch ID area. I tried to do the warranty for it but I wasn’t about to find it on there.
