I don't ever leave reviews but I needed to tell someone about this. My girlfriend and I went on a hike through a creek. I set my phone down for a second and it slid right into running water. We freaked out and then spent 4 hours looking for it. Calling it and calling it. Each time it still went to voicemail so I knew it was still alive but it was no where to be found. Around hour 3, we started to lose hope. We drove back to our cabin that we were staying in. I decided to call it just one more time and it finally didn't ring. Instead, SOMEONE HAD ANSWERED MY CALL. When I got my phone back, there wasn't a scratch on it and it was at 82%. It was a miracle. So, Thank you Samsung and Otterbox!!!

I bought this about a month ago and it's just okay. Provides decent protection. I have dropped it a few times and noticed that it now has cracks on 2 of the corners, so it looks like this won't be a long term phone case.

Formerly, I had a Samsung S7 Otterbox case. When I recently upgraded to an Samsung S20, I was unsure (maybe doubtful) how the latest Otterbox case design could perform and protect my phone. I was overwhelmed. The new design is the best yet. Great job, Otterbox!!!!

Its an ok case. I had better cases from Otterbox. The case arrived looking clean but after 2 days a white spot showed and I dont feel any scratches. I was examining the case a couple of days ago and noticed a crack in the corner. It feels pretty weak.

I've had this case for about two weeks now, and genuinely like it. It's clear and more substantial than I originally thought it would be, which is nice, especially since I have already dropped my phone from waist height a few times. I would give five stars if it were not for how easily it scratches on the back with normal wear and tear, despite being advertised as scratch resistant, so four stars it is. Other than that, a very nice phone case.

As you know, the latest phones are VERY pricy. purchased a week ago and am very happy with the case. Really does show-off the color aqua blue on back of phone. It's not a bulky fit but feels protective enough. I've always owned a defender case so this symmetry is taking time to get used to. I definitely need the glass protection with this case though. Very thin

I have been using these Protective Cases from my Note 8 to my Galaxy S8 Active, then my Galaxy S10 and now my Galxy S20+ and not only do they look good because I use transparent or clear cases but they actually do work great. Trust me they do. I drop my phone way too often and so far they have survived thanks to the Otterbox cases.

This case should be re named its not a box its just a cover for the back of the phone..what about the face? Thought this was gonna be a clear otterBOX phone case..its clear but no box..wish I had paid closer attention
