Will not protect the screen from a flat fall.
This case does not sit above the screen level so that if the phone falls it is 100% going to break the screen. I know this because my screen has now broken twice because of this flaw. Totally worthless case. DO NOT BUY!

We're so sorry to hear that your S20+ has twice suffered damage to its display while under the watch of the Symmetry Series case. The edging of this model actually does provide enough clearance that if you were to set your Galaxy/Otter combo face down on a flat surface the device screen wouldn't make contact, though we understand that's not necessarily the same dynamic as any given impact situation. Have you been using our Alpha Flex screen protector along with the case? Although we perform extensive drop testing on each of our case designs, the use of such a piece is never a bad idea. Not what I was expectinh
I have been buying otter boxes for years & have always been extremely happy with them. I am very disappointed with the symmetry. It doesn't come up high enough on the sides so there is NO screen protection at all. I am looking for a new case that will do a better job. Also, I went to the Canadian site to purchase it only to find out after the fact that the prices were in US dollars. Be very careful which one you buy. Don't waste your money on the symmetry.

Maybe the phone
never had an issue with otterbox before but seems to come off at the corner with a tiny drop and little force ... maybe this style with this phone. My SO has commuter with same phone and it seems to be a better fit

Good case, shopping experience needs improvement
I have always used otterbox cases, they are good, no question. However, the cost is a bit higher that what I feel fair is. To top it off, the price I agreed to pay during checkout wasn't the same amount I was charged. Yup, you guessed it, a higher amount was charged to my credit card.

Symmetry case
I ordered the symmetry case for my sons s20+. I didn't expect it to be as thin as it was. I will be ordering another, there's just limited colors for other case. I will be reordering a defender case for him.

Good
I just received my case last week. So far it works well. Only thing I wish it had was sides that came up higher to protect the screen a little more. I know there are other cases like that but I thought this one was a little different than what it is but I'm happy with the case.

Good fit, Good protection
This fits my Samsung Galaxy S20+ very well. The buttons and camera are easy to use and I have already dropped my phone once and it suffered no cracked screen so seems solid protection.

Perfect Protector for my Galaxy s20 Plus
This protector fits perfectly and looks great on my phone even with a glass screen protector applied. Had one for my last phone and dropped it several times with no issues, including dropping on a hard time floor. Would buy again.

Just What I Wanted
I wanted a protective case (since the S20 is a fragile line) that wasn't too bulky because the phone is rather large already. This case is sleek and solid, and the buttons press easier than the actual phone without the case, go figure. It looks nice, feels nice, and acts as a shield. I'd buy it again and recommend you buy it too if you're on the site reading this. My popsocket sticks to it just fine too.

Good build quality and design but slippery
I bought the new Otterbox Symmetry series with my preordered S20+, it fits snugly, ports and cut outs are perfectly aligned and feels very premium as expected from a premium case manufacturer. However, the back is slick and actually quite slippery especially when you use your device during the rain which is frankly troubling.
