Q: Is this the same tea as their hot cinnamon and spice
A: Yes, it's the same as Hot Cinnamon Spice, the Harney and Sons website says they are.
submitted byBelize - 5 years agoA: Hot Cinnamon Spice is an herbal red rooibos tea, which is naturally caffeine free. This tea, Hot Cinnamon Sunset, is a black tea base. They are the same flavor profile but the "spice" alternative is made as the caffeine free version.

No sugar added. Kosher. (n.b. Hot Cinnamon Spice & Hot Cinnamon Sunset are the same tea; the name varies only in certain packaging)."

submitted bytuna123 - 6 years agoA: No. It is similar, but not the same. I much prefer the Hot Cinnamon Sunset, but that is a personal preference. I have been drinking mostly this one tea every morning for several years and love it!

Q: Are the tea bags made with plastic?
A: The sachets are made using a sugarcane based material. They are not plastic.

A: Thank you for reaching out. All of our sachets are made of a compostable sugarcane material, except for Hot Cinnamon Sunset, which is in a in PLA Free Nylon. In full transparency, the sachets in sugarcane material will not decompose well in your compost pile out back. This material needs more heat than a home compost pile can provide, in order breed enough bacteria to digest it.

Q: Is the cinnamon used tested for arsenic and any other nasties associated with some cinnamon?
A: Our cinnamon is also tested and is clean from arsenic , each ingredient in the blend is natural except the Cinnamon bark extract.

A: It is tested for sugar and calories and tests come back with no recorded sugar and less than 1 calorie each time
