Our Generation Clydesdale Horse Holiday Toy Accessory Set for 18" Dolls

Bought 2 and both have damaged ears. Beautiful horses. They need to be placed in bigger boxes with protection for the ears and body.

The item is great. Unfortunately, the first one that came to me was just laying its shipping box with no packing material or protection. It was just laying in the box. The box, obviously had been through a rainstorm because it was very damp. The horse was damp, the ears had cut through the shipping box, and the tip of the ears were grayish black. The fur had rubbed off and the dirt or discoloration could not be cleaned off. I returned that horse and gave feedback on the shipping. I received another horse in a bigger box, but it was still not protected. Unfortunately, those ears were discolored at the tips and the fur had rubbed off. There’s no packaging on the ears, so I guess it just hit around the box on its way to my house. The problem is with the shipping. Target needs to put items in a plastic bag before putting the items in the box, in my opinion. Unfortunately, this item was an online only purchase.

This horse was beautiful my daughter loved it. She actually rides it around the house herself (she’s 3) but the quality and detail is great. Love that the horse is felt and not plastic, good touch

The item itself is as described, it is a beautiful toy. However, I am very dissatisfied with the shipping. The item came damaged as described with other reviews. There is no protection around the ears, when the item was in transit the ears rubbed and poked through the box causing the felt to wear off. I was hoping that this issue would have been resolved, since I am not the first to put this in the item reviews.

This horse is absolutely gorgeous…. The packaging by the company and by Target for shipping however, stinks. The horse arrived with the ears poking through the box it was placed in on an angle, so of course the ears are all dirty and damaged. Asked for a replacement. Well, I didn’t realize Target wouldn’t send the new one until I return the damaged one…. easy for a busy, working mom to do the week before Christmas right? So, I ordered and paid for another one (which I would hace done right away had I known this new policy) and now it won’t arrive until after Christmas. Seeing the other reviews with the same packaging and shipping issues, including on replacements sent, I’m even more aggravated. What was supposed to be a special surprise gift is nothing but a headache. Do better Target!

Beautiful!!! Only downfall is we had it delivered and the box it came in was completely damaged. The horses ears were broken through the box which caused them to be dirty and stained. This is a Christmas gift and I just expected more care in the delivery process and packaging.

This horse was really beautiful and was going to be a great Christmas present to go with her new doll, but unfortunately it kept arriving damaged and it is not sold in stores. The horse does not fit in the boxes that it ships in and so the angle of the horse in the box sticks out of the box during transport and always arrives with damaged ears. The brushed fuzz is damaged down to the plastic with scuffing. We received this three times and all three times it was damaged. Buyer beware.

The mane has some sparkle in it, like fairy hair, and the body texture is velvet soft. The accessories are adorable, too! My only complaint is probably with how it was shipped - it was just put in a shipping box with no extra packaging, so the ears got a bit dingy from the shipping journey. Buying in store would probably avoid this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely fell in love with this horse. She uses her 18" dolls with it or plays with it on it's own. She really likes being able to take the accessories off and put them back on in different ways. The horse itself is very sturdy and stays upright perfectly on carpet or other flat surface floors. It's not too heavy to move around. The hair on this horse is the silkiest doll hair I have ever felt. So sparkly too! Some of the accessories aren't super well executed. The red bow hair accessory doesn't go in and stay in the hair very well at all. Not enough grab from the hair comb on the back of the bow to dig into the hair. The reigns come off easily, but also go back on easily. The hoof cuffs can be taken off via a Velcro strap. The saddle and blanket come off as well as the bridal. This also came with a tiny stocking, two tiny candy canes and a bag of plastic horse treats in the shapes of hearts. We don't like how the treats are all one hard clump of plastic. Bigger sized treats that are individual would've been better. The coating on the horse is soft. The one issue we had with the paint/coating on the horse's hooves was that it was uneven in some spots as well as some areas where coating had been scraped. Not sure if some of that was done during packaging and/or production. Overall it's a great toy. My daughter loves it even with its imperfections. Maybe tweak a few things and it would definitely be something I would buy in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the prettiest doll horses I've ever seen. It feels like velvet has faux fur around the hooves that can be removed. It has a golden tinsel in its mane and tail.

She even has it with her when she sleeps. This horse is so cute, beautiful, well-made, and the material is soft. However, the horsehair was fallen off a bit which I took a star.

I couldn't get a good enough picture but the mane and tail has glitter woven throughout that looks amazing. My kids, even my boys, were so excited opening it from the box. The accessories are decently sized and also have a good amount of detail on them as well.

It doesnt move but not a big problem. It comes with a few things 2 candy canes, "food" for the horse and a stocking just to name a few. Any child that loves horses would be thrilled to recieve this as a gift. It is a velvet type feel to it. The hair is sparkling silver.I would recommend this a 1000 percent over. I hope you if you do you will enjoy it as much as my kiddos do
