My wife and I have replaced all of our sauce pans, skillets and stock pots with Our Place over a short time after buying our first mini. In short, these pans can’t be beat!!! We’ve done vegetables, pasta, sauce, and many other items in this pot, and they turn out delicious. The pot regulates the proper heat. We love our pot.

However, I don't know who the engineer behind this was but the handle bar becomes BURNING hot when you are cooking. Disappointed this happens for the price of the pan.
