It is the perfect combination of lighter weight and great function. The surface is really really nonstick, and it cleans up like a dream. Heats really fast and browns foods nicely, especially for a nonstick pan. The accompanying wooden spatula/turner is a nice addition too. Thanks for a great product

So it easy to clean, easy to put away and easy to make small meals! I also have to say that the cover is perfect with its slotted options to either hold spoons or evaporation.

I would not actually call this pot a “mini”. At 2 1/4 quarts, a medium at best. Wish you had a similar pot in a 1 or 1 1/2 quart size. More convenient for smaller portions or just a couple of people and singles. P. S. love the included wooden spoon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great! I was shocked at how lightweight it was. That is the best part. I always assumed ceramic pans would be extremely heavy. This one is not. My only complaint would be that although I have been very careful with the pan. It has gotten a few knicks from banging against another pot or something and it did chip a bit of the paint. Also something I cooked stained the outside of the pan. Which I don’t really mind but I wish I knew what it was so I could avoid it In the future .

I needed to replace an old small sauté pan so I decided to buy the Mini Always. It does not disappoint. If I was in the market for a full cookware set or if I was just establishing a home and needed to buy my first cookware set, I would not hesitate to buy the full Always cookware set. It is well worth the price!
