- Variety of Surfaces: Our window awning can be attached to various surfaces such as concrete or solid brick wall, on any door, balcony patio, or window.
- Canopy Dimensions: Shaded Area: 120 ft². (You must measure up the wall to where you'd like the awning – at least 8.2- 11.5 ft. If you plan to mount the cover above a door wall or window, add 11.75". Note: Large amounts of rain can collect on the fabric and cause damage, so please take it back on a rainy day). NOTE: The surface you put it on must be able to support at least 55 lbs.

Well designed awning
This 12' x 10' manually retractable awning was a pleasure to assemble. I admit that the instructions, presumably translated from Mandarin, could have been more clear, but I was still very pleased with the end result. It's an excellent awning at a bargain price.

Patio Awning
I received my Outsunny awning in a short time. I installed it my self with alittle help when needed. The instruction could have been just a little better but for the price i fought threw the mistakes i made while putting it together. Works fine so far and looks great.

wrong size
didn't realize we needed to put it all together although instructions made it very easy. ordered 12x10 to replace my old awning and the size is smaller than it says by 4. 8nches which means more holes in my house to put up brackets that will hold it on the house....

Reviews said the directions were very hard to read, but I had no problem figuring this thing out. Mostly by looking at the pictures and having a little common sense. Took about 3 hrs to put together and install by myself. Only needed the wife to help me put it in the wall brackets. So far so good. Worth the money.

Pretty easy to put together
Just got this up yesterday. It went together pretty easily. The instructions weren't bad, but could definitely be a bit more helpful. The bigger issue is figuring out the adjustment of the arms and the pitch and getting it to close properly once you have it all up. That took the longest. But overall I'm very happy and hope to have it for many years to come.

Have been using this Outsunny Patio Awning for several years now, and I love it! I have given it the test of time, and it has passed my expectations; although it was built to last and made from quality material. Sun, rain and snow, it has held up and even survived a few rough summer storms here in the South.Built like the "Old Timers" would have done it.Thank you for a worthy product!Jeff

Quality product
The awning arrived quickly. The instructions were clear and detailed. One of the small parts E-1 was left unthreaded. Fortunately I had an 8 X 1.25 metric tap and was able to thread it. A bit more of a problem if someone didn't have access to a tap. Really a very small problem Otherwise very pleased with the awning installed a day ago. I give it 5 stars.
