I received this in a timely fashion and it seems to be of decent quality. I had a limited budget so I looked around a lot online before I settled for this set and now that I've got it put together I am pleased so far. I was worried about it being to narrow and the seats being too shallow but it is comfortable enough for me (and I am not a small person). The chairs are definitely not super deep but since they come with an ottoman and the backs recline they are still comfortable. The biggest negative in the reviews is that it is difficult to put together and the instructions are wrong and it is missing pieces. I experienced none of that. Everything that the instructions listed was there and once I got organized it was fairly straightforward to do. There are no written instructions, just diagrams, but every piece and bolt and nut etc. has a designated letter so it was clear what went where. The only two tricky parts were that in the back there are some bolt holes that are up inside but the diagram makes them look further down, and two of the very last bolts screw directly into the frame instead of being secured with nuts. But I figured that out pretty painlessly. Overall it took me a few hours to put the whole set together myself, and I did find it much easier to use my own locking wrench for holding the nuts in place rather than the little wrench they give you because it was a bit fiddly. One other complication was that on both recliners the mechanism that secured the back to the chair and contains the gas tube that does the reclining was not straight and would not have been able to be installed as is. In fact I'm pretty sure the set I got was a return because on one of the chairs this peice was packaged and secured nicely while on the other one it was unpackaged and haphazardly tucked in. I was able to fix both by securing one end and doing a quarter turn of the rod with my own wrench, and the chairs are working fine. But if you don't have your own wrench or something to grasp it with you'd be out of luck and have to return it. Simple fix if you have an adjustable wrench but the chairs are useless if you can't fix it. Hopefully was a rare manufacturing defect in my set. The cushions are pretty slippery but I'm going to get some rubber mats to put beneath them which should keep them in place. Looking forward to hanging on my patio.

I would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the directions. Absolutely terrible instructions. Super cute furniture and super comfy!
