Install Issues
The seats, ottoman, and table were easy to put together. Unfortunately one of the chairs came with the wrong pieces so were were only able to put together one of the end chairs. In order to get a replacement they are requiring us to return all of the items.

Definitely recommend a drill to put together but honestly thought it was pretty easy once you get the hang of it / flow. I did it as a solo female and didn’t find it to be a major hassle at all. Gave it 4 stars simple because it’s still new to me so I don’t wanna rate it on longevity yet. I’ve had it on my porch for 2-3 weeks now and I love it, it’s comfy and I love that it can move around and be different shapes. So far so good

It's an ok set for the price.... I guess you get what you paid for. But I would probably spend the extra $ next time for a better set. It was small.. which I needed, but I didn't realize how short it was going to be. Low to the ground and very low back. It came in SO MANY peices. Literally had to build the entire thing... by myself it took all afternoon, even with a drill. But it's comfortable considering how low it is and looks nice enough.

I love this set! It works perfectly for what I needed. It??s beautiful, sturdy and it was easy to assemble. The fun part is that you can choose the lay out you want. The seats are light enough to move around. It was well packed and arrived with no issues.

Good quality item that was the right footprint for our small deck.
Packaged in 3 boxes that arrived at different times, this set looks great. It's not hard to assemble at all, just tedious. Of course, used a cordless drill to screw it together. Took 1.5 hours. Do yourself a favor. If you don't have a cordless drill, borrow one or you will hate life when putting this together. I did fine, but, I have skills and tools. I also had a hex bit for my cordless drill that fit the fasteners. These things sped the process immensely. The furniture seems sturdy and the cushions are well made. We bought some accent pillows that fit in with our colors. The furniture is low to the ground as some people have mentioned, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. I gave it 4 stars because it's a solid purchase, but, only time will tell how it wears.

This is a great set. I have a small patio & it fits just right. The cushions are comfortable and easy to clean. I have had this for a couple of months now and it has stayed outside on my patio uncovered. The rain does not bother it. The sun will make the color of the cushions lighter but It doesn't bother me. If that's a problem for you just simply bring your pillows in every night. You really can't beat this price for what you get. I am a single mom and put this together on my own. Took me a little while but I was in no rush & spent the day working on it.

Was skeptical in purchasing outdoor furniture online and the reviews on this didn??t completely settle it for me but we went for it anyhow. While not entirely frustration free this set and the customer service are definitely deserving of 5 stars. A little tricky to put together because they sent us 2 left corner sofas instead of a left and a right but we managed to get creative and make it work (definitely recommend owning a drill before ordering) The impressive part was that after messaging customer service about it they immediately shipped the right corner to us.For the people concerned that it??s too low, it??s actually perfect and very standard for outdoor seating. Comfy cushions, great color, we??ve had it a couple weeks and had multiple people sitting on it ranging from 100 pounds to 300+ and no problems. Beautiful set! Even comes with the clamps to keep the pieces from separating when you sit. We??re very happy!

We love it!
It fits our deck nicely and now we can lounge out back there and really enjoy our new house. Seats are not low in this family. Throw pillows are lacking significant puff but those can easily be replaced down the line. Assembly was easy once you got the hang of it, remember not to tighten any of the screws until you have the piece assembled.

Beautiful set. I haven't had a chance to arrange it on the patio so unfortunately no photos. Exactly as described - actually nicer! Excellent service through Aosom.ca and delivery was just a few days. The one thing that is absolutely not true is the 90 minute time-line to put the set together. It was about 5 hours of steading screwing with a tiny allen key. Worth it!
