Why no pre-drilled holes
I am mid-assembly and still in shock that the manufacturer didn't think to pre-drill any holes. None. Also worried that with no support in the middle of the box, putting anything with weight in the box may cause some uneveness or separation in the frame. Time will tell if this makes it a season.

I just purchased this MDeck Box for my grand daughter's sand box items so the dogs wont chew them or the sun fade them out. It is gorgeous! They are extremely sturdy. Planning to replace some of my older storage units with this amazing Grey color.

Very good value for money. Expands out easily, well made and provides great shade. The instructions make sense if you take your time to study the drawings.
