Great quality and it looks beautiful

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading some negative reviews, but the deal was just too good to not take a chance. I'm so glad I did!! First, the tent arrived very quickly and was packaged perfectly. When we put it together as a trial run for an event that was taking place 3 weeks later, we found that one of the parts was defective. I immediately emailed customer service and received a response right away (on a Saturday night to boot!). They offered an apology and immediately ordered the part, but let me know that shipping was running later than normal and the part would likely not make it in time for the event. I was offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience or I could return it for a full refund. I accepted the partial refund and was able to work around the defect using a temporary solution. Shortly after the event took place, I received a new part, along with extras. Throughout this process I emailed customer service several times and ALWAYS received a prompt response. It was a wonderful experience and I was so thankful for the kind, solution-focused responses I received. I would not hesitate to do business again with Aosom! Thank you so much for great experience.

We bought this for a party we were hosting incase we had inclement weather and also for shade. It worked very well for us. We did not end up having any rain, so we cannot testify to its ability to keep the rain off. It seems sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble (it takes at least 3 people) and disassemble. It is a beautiful tent and looks very nice.

I was tentative on this tent... but I was very pleased when I received it. The exterior box was somewhat damaged from shipping and handling but the tent was unharmed. It comes in a black bag with to handles.

These tents are awesome. I purchased 2-29' x 20' & put them side by side to make my weding party! I had a Wedding shower for 80 people.? I had them up for 8 days! no tears no bent poles! It did rain 2 of the 8 days it was up and no leaking. Shipped fast,packaged well! I was carefull to open the cartons, the nice loops that hold the walls up also held my light strings. It was also a nice backdrop for Photos!

Tent arrived much quicker than I thought and was very easy to put up. Quality was very good for the Price. My self and two helpers erected tent in less than 45 minutes.

This tent is extravagant and stunningly beautiful with a wide open floor plan giving me more than enough room to fit 6 - 48" round tables inside and 24 folding chairs WITH ENOUGH ROOM TO STILL BE SOCIAL DISTANCE COMPLIANT this is an amazing product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor tent that is updated and super easy to put together it comes with 2 sides and 2 doors the canvas is very durable and built properly all the connections are metal to metal no plastic connectors so it is long lasting with a super durable all metal frame I really love the tent personally. I'm definitely going to use this for all my outdoor events and it will last me for many years to come

We ordered this marquee tent and Aosom managed our expectations right from ordering. We had text, emails and tracking so knew exactly where our order was and came ahead of expected time too. We have not opened the tent yet as its for a wedding in our garden in August so wanted to keep it nicely wrapped. We are reassured by the 5-star customer ratings on line for this, that it will beautiful. We need so much more for the wedding and know exactly where to order it from!

We bought this tent for our wedding because it was cheaper than renting one. It was absolutely beautiful. My husband, father and brother in law put this tent up quickly without any issues. It couldn't have been more perfect. My guests are still raving and already planning our next event with our new tent.

The product is sturdy and spacious. Takes about 50 people. All needed pieces and robes are included. It was up in less than an hour. It surpassed our expectation.

Beautiful canopy! It was perfect for my son¡¯s prom party! We had a small hiccup that was took care of right away by customer service! If you¡¯re in doubt buy this one! I researched for two weeks before buying this canopy and I definitely made the right decision!

Well impressed with this marquee.. it arrived within 24 hours. Easy to put up (allow 2-3 hours) best with 3 adults helping. Rained heavily on the night of our party but drainage holes worked well. Strong material and well made. Highly recommend!

This marquee / tent was an excellent choice for us and would happily recommend to anyone. We bought this as a last minute option for our wedding ceremony in a garden as we were let down by a local company. The product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The frame is a lot more sturdy than other products I had seen with the poles around 2" Diameter. The frame is very easy to assemble and fully assembled it provided enough space for 28 seated guests. It really made our day as a little rain did fall on our wedding day, thank you ausom.co.uk for making our day complete.

Great tent takes 60-90 minutes to assemble with 4 people. You should read instructions a few times before starting. you need the cement pods to really make it sturdy and put on uneven surfaces.
