Over Belly High-Rise 90's Straight Maternity Pants - Isabel Maternity by Ingrid & Isabel™ Dark Wash

After reading the reviews I ordered a 2 instead of my normal 00 or 0! I have never worn this brand before but am typically a 24” waist. The 2 fits great!

So crazy that they say to order pre-pregnancy size. Saw a lot of reviews say they run small so tried ordering TWO sizes up from a 2 to 6. Still did not fit. There’s no stretch in the denim, so they would not go up past my butt. It’s like they assumed that pregnant women ONLY get bigger in the belly. Shame bc they’re cute.

I am a size 4-6 prior to pregnancy, 137 lbs and 5'7. Currently weigh 153 lbs at 25 weeks. I thought I was sizing up with size 6. The size 6 jeans are small on me and the seams of the belly panel dig into my back. Unable to get up & down easily off the floor with my toddler because the jeans are very stiff and tight. Disappointed because I love the look and waited a while for shipping. Returning... Recommend sizing up more than you anticipate.

These fit very strange. I sized up from my normal size and the jean parts fit okay but I could not fit the band part over my belly. It was way too tight (I am 31 weeks). Disappointed because I have a few pairs of the same brand from my last pregnancy that I loved and the band part was super comfortable.

These seem well made, but not if you’re tall. I’m 5’10” and a regular size 6, ordered a size 10 in these and even still they were tight/short in the wrong places. I ended up returning them.

The waist band is way too tight and defeats the purpose of the stretchy top. It barely fits me at 4 months pregnant :( it cuts into my belly and makes it super uncomfortable- terrible design. Everything else fits fine just the waist band is so tight and cuts into your belly.

Overall, the jeans are cute. However, like others have said, they have a strange fit. The legs are baggy, but the hip/under the belly band area is so tight and has absolutely NO stretch. Because of that, bending or sitting normally is so uncomfortable and puts so much pressure on lower belly. Fine for earlier in pregnancy, but now at 36 weeks pregnant..not so much.

I bought these in two different sizes, neither of them worked because there is no stretch of the denim part. They fit but I couldn't move or sit down! So uncomfortable. If you're going to try these, size UP.

These are way too huge even for getting my pre pregnancy size. I would need to size down. The length also is not for a 5’3 person. I got the size 16 and these were not cute at all too baggy and long. Target should consider short sizes as well for maternity!

I like the thick, real feeling jean material of these and the fit/cut is great. Unfortunately after wearing these in a sitting position for quite a while today, I found that they are almost unbearably uncomfortable and I don’t think I can wear them again. The jean material ends a little above where it would need to be in order to avoid my belly when sitting down, so these cut into my stomach hard, right where the baby is. I felt so squished, which is extra uncomfortable when you’re pregnant. I could not wait to take these off and I had red indents all over my lower belly when I got home. If I wear these again it will be to a shorter event where I don’t have to sit for too long. Today I was with my family for a holiday gathering all day, so lots of sitting around playing games or eating, etc. I wish these were more comfortable because they’re cute and fit like a glove!

Comfy but they don’t stay up and if you’re 5’2 these are way too long. I’ve have roll them up a few times.

Really love these! I’m not a fan of the under the belly pants because they fall off. Ordered my pre pregnancy size and they fit perfectly! I’ll probably order a size up too for later in pregnancy. These are super comfy and cute!

True to size- I’m a size 14 pre-pregnancy and the size 14 fit me perfectly at 27 weeks. The color is accurate to the picture, and the model is probably 5’10 or taller because I’m 5’6 and the hems brush the tops of my feet. I expect these jeans to stretch out during the day a bit and shrink again in the wash like all thick cotton jeans. They’re not that stretchy- which I like, and make me feel normal again after not wearing jeans for months as I can’t fit in my pre-pregnancy pants. The only thing I don’t like is that this brand’s waist band goes down in the back, which is awkward when sitting down for me. Still, for the price, you can’t beat these pants.

They looked adorable, so I ordered an 18 which I normally wear almost everywhere. Sometimes a 16, but generally either of those fit. These were insanely large. Like a 26/28 -- I'd have to gain 100 lbs to wear them and be having triplets.

Very cute but runs small!

I have worn a size 12 for years so I ordered these in a 12 and they’re huge everywhere. They also fit very odd where the belly band is attached weirdly in the back so it just doesn’t ever lay quite flat. I’ve found much cuter maternity jeans elsewhere. These were not it. If you want to try them, definitely size down.

PSA that these are the BEST maternity jeans I’ve ever found, and I’m on my third pregnancy. I bought one for my size now at 20 wks and also bought a size up for those final weeks. 10/10, a thicker jean, longer 29 inch inseam, and AFFORDABLE! I’m a size 6, 147 and 5’9” for reference and these fit like the cutest glove.
