A: Horrible distortion. It's really done a number on my self-esteem.

A: The mirror definitely shows some distortion from far away (more than 6' or so), but at normal viewing distance, it isn't noticeable. Mine was also a little bowed out, but I stuck a little Velcro on the back to hold it flat.

A: The hooks slide onto the back of the mirror, and are adjustable so that the mirror will hang higher or lower, depending on where you want it. But after you slide those in, all you have to do is hang it over the door.

A: No you actually have to mount it for yourself it doesn't come already mounted.

A: The hooks are not attached in the box, you need to attach them yourself. However, they slide right together, there are no tools/screwing/drilling required. The hooks can easily be taken on and off based on where you want to put the mirror

A: Buy some stick-on bumper pads (either plastic or felt) and this should solve the problem. You can find these in a variety of shapes and sizes including rectangular strips. I think if you put one of those along the bottom edge of the mirror it will balance the over-the-door hooks. Good luck

A: I’ve seen people use metal hardware washers, with enough weight to keep things from bouncing like that, and the bumper suggestion. Bc ohhh I do not like that jangling. It just sounds messy

A: I have seen really cute DIYs people have done where they buy 3 of a mirror like this and then connect all with small hinges(however, I think the 3M strips for heavy pictures would work well too🤷‍♀️) Then the have a foldable, three way mirror oohlala

A: the hooks are concealed in the packaging. I thought the same, but its inside of the cardboard packaging. they should label, I believe most customers are throwing them away by accident.
