Shipped the wrong color...TWICE!
Twice I have ordered the “blue” color and both times I received the “teal blue”. Really frustrating to not be able to get the color I ordered and they keeping going out of stock so I can’t go in the store and buy the correct color.

The boot is just fine as a product. I have others that work very well. However, if you’re ordering from target.com you will get sent the wrong color repeatedly. And now the color I was trying to acquire is sold out. I wish some of us in the reviews could switch with each other. Seems like we all have each other’s boot color.

Wrong color mix-up debacle
Wrong color. I ordered blue in the 16 oz and 24 oz but received teal in both sizes. The label on the product is wrong. See attached photos. Now the 24 is no longer available in teal or blue and I don’t want to reorder the 16 oz and get the wrong color again. Also, I used a one purchase percent off deal but since there is no option for exchange I lose that savings. The only option is to return for a refund. Super disappointed. I think Target or Owala should make this right - whichever entity is the responsible party for the label mix-up - and they should send the correct color to every person who received the wrong color. The Owala boots are a good product that’s why getting the wrong color is so disappointing.

Wrong color, how many people have to complain about same issue?
You have multiple complaints about the same issue, why don't you fix it vs comment they should contact support? Received the wrong color. It shows a light teal color swatch and lists Teal Blue as the color (ordered) but the color option to the right of it is the color swatch of what I received - it's noted as Pearl above it online but on the package I received says Blue. Looks light blue. Not what I wanted. That said, the product itself is great quality and fairly for the 24oz FreeSip (no it doesn't fit other bottle sizes or the clear ones). Provides a pop of color and good protection from drops and knocks.
