Limited edition Diet Coke Owala came dented!!!
My limited edition Diet Coke Owala in pink arrived dented and scratched. I ordered one for myself and one as a gift. I am very disappointed with how they where packaged. The first one that was dented was squeezed in a box that was too small for it with no protection or around it, or packing materials which is why it came dented and scratched. The other was in a large box with no packing materials bubble wrap, paper, plastic bag ect and was rolling around in the box causing the bottle to arrive scratched Becuase the water bottle was made of metal it was rolling and bouncing in the box with no protection, which caused them to dent and scratch. Additionally there was a hole in my box upon arriving. I am very disappointed they are limited edition and sold out online and at my local Target, so I can't get a replacement for it. I still want to keep them, but I am highly disappointed with how it was packaged and sent to me. Target needs to do better at packing online orders. Items should not arrive damaged.
