A: Thanks for your question. Our Angled Measuring Cups can withstand boiling water. However, these items should not be used to microwave fats or boil liquids.

A: Hi! All OXO Angled measuring cups can be microwaved as long as the item does not have a high fat content. For boiling water, we recommend glass products. We do not recommend microwaving high fat content like olive oil, butter or chocolate. The mini angled measuring cup should not be microwaved.

Q: The grip on this measuring cup gets sticky while sitting unused. What can I do to prevent this?

A: This could be caused from oils on the soft grips. Try making a paste from baking soda and water and scrub affected area with a soft brush. If you are washing them in a dishwasher and the drying/disinfecting cycle is set very high and hot, this may be too much heat for the handle, and therefore, be causing the symptoms you have described.

This measuring cup is horrendously innacurate. I went to measure 1/4 cup or 2oz. As you can see in the photo 2oz by my scale doesn't meet up to the 1/4 or 2. Even if my scale is wrong, 1/4 doesn't line up with 2! In the other photo the 1 doesn't line up with the 8! My surface is level so it's definitely this bad product. Don't recommend and will seek a refund

I love this angled measuring cup! It’s so convenient being able to read the measurement from the top. My only complaint is that after a while, the plastic looks foggy even though it’s completely clean. Doesn’t ruin the functionality of the item, just an aesthetic thing.

I wish this was glass instead of plastic. The concept is great, but the plastic gets cloudy after several washes. I think it’s extremely overpriced. I can find something similar in the $5 range at HomeGood stores.

I have a lot of Oxo products, because I really believe in their quality. This measuring cup doesn’t let that down. It’s very easy to read. The handle and construction are great. I will say the plastic is getting a bit discolored. Even though I don’t pour hot liquids in it. I think it’s only 4 stars for me because the standard glass ones never age.

I have this set in 1, 2 and 4 cups and love them. The angled measuring view is so helpful! They’re also extremely easy to pour from.
