Pop function is inconsistent, more than half the time when you press the button it will get stuck. Which is really odd, because all of the canisters I've tried work every single time. I feel bad giving oxo a bad rating on anything, everything else I've tried is spot on and I've owned for months to several years.

Cookie jar was very big and nice but I didn’t see that oxo quality that you get with their other pantry containers. I returned mine, not due to quality but because it arrived looking as if it was used and it had scratches all around as if it was used

I really like OXO products and had high hopes for this cookie jar, but it is not air tight. My cookies still got stale and didn’t stay softer any longer than putting them in a baggie. The jar has good space though and fits a lot of cookies in it.
