Easy and safe can opener
This is a great can opener! Easy to apply to the can turn the knob. I will recommend that when you try to remove the can lid.... USE YOUR FINGERS TO LIFT OFF THE LID... RATHER THAN THE CLAW ON THE SIDE. There're no sharp edges remember. But hey, you give it a go!

Replaced our Pampered Chef Can Opener
Our Pampered Chef can opener broke and we were looking to replace it with a similar can opener (the kind that opens/let’s you lift the lid off the can, not cuts into the lid). I was nervous to try OXO and wondered how it would compare. To my surprise it is sturdy and gets the job done real well! Very easy to use and its size makes it easy to store.

OXO is getting cheap. Only the main handle has their good reliable grip. The part you use to turn is cheap slippery hollow plastic. Will be returning with disappointment.
