Pacific brand Vegetable Broth
I really found this brand not to have the flavor that Swanon or other name brand broth would have. Since having norovirus and trying to eat healthier, I have tried many different brands of broth. Vegetable happens to be my favorite. This unfortunately, is not one. Even adding a touch of salt and pepper did not help. It upset my stomach.

It’s not good. I do appreciate the price and the low-sodium but it tasted so watered down and really just not good. Adding a bunch of spices in doesn’t help either.

I was making a soup and needed to use the entire carton (thank God) because at the bottom was a moldy substance. If I only needed a small amount of stock, I wouldn’t have noticed it right away. Who knows what kind of illness that could have caused!!! Not sure why there would be a solid substance in a stock carton.

My Favorite Soup Base!
This is a really great vegetable broth. I've tried a lot over the years and this one has the best taste. I like that it uses good ingredients and it's low in sodium. I use it for making soups and so for I've made minestrone, split pea and black bean soup. It's always turned out great and gives the soup a little more flavor than just using water.
