It definitely tastes more like soybeans than other non-organic varieties, but I happen to like that. If you prefer the kinds with additional flavor, or even just the cheaper brands with carageenan and other potentially harmful stuff like Silk, you may not like the unique taste of this. But I'd recommend trying it at least.

I would use this soy product the same way that I use a dairy milk. I like the plant-based facts of, non-gmo, gluten free, has source of calcium and vitamin D, packed with nutrients, 10g of protein per serving. I, also, like what Pacific Foods does for community food pantries and schools. Bravo Pacific Foods for your nourishing products and sharing ways.

It's so sweet so I made pudding with it and it was so good. I even had my grandkids tell me how much better the pudding was. And I told them what I used in it. I think you will be very pleased with this Ultra Soy. I was impressed by it.

The slightly sweet taste goes great on my cereal and with chocolate to make chocolate milk and it is especially good in smoothies. I have been reading articles that say I need to add soy to my diet and this is a pleasant way to do so. Plus, I’m looking at the label, it is packed with nutrients! This is a great find!
