I absolutely love this smell. I smelled it in a retail store and was immediately intrigued. It is indeed a unisex scent but makes me think of a mature mysterious woman. To me it is a clean scent that I can wear to work but is not your typical ozonic/soapy clean fragrance. The sage is what I smell the most on my skin. My sister kept telling me how good I smelt. It's hard to describe this scent because it is no unique. Definitely not a safe blind buy due to its uniqueness but worth smelling!!

This is probably in my top 5 Pacifica perfumes going back over 20 years. This is the closest scent I've found that evokes the same response as Avalon Juniper (which was my favorite). No scent is for everyone. Montana Sky is quite sharp at first but mellows out pretty quickly. As others have mentioned, it's appropriate for any gender as it's not overly floral or and definitely not sweet. It's a great scent for winter-- woodsy, earthy, and complex.

If I have to trade longevity for less toxic chemicals, I’m ok with that. I wholeheartedly recommend it for this reason. When I finish this bottle, I’ll be back for another one.

A man or lady could pull it off, I like this smell very much.

Overall, I find this scent true to the notes described, with a lovely evolution through the dry down, which mellows the notes without muddling them. Great scent for any gender. At first, cedar and pepper dominate before sage becomes more prominent. The slight sweetness of elderberry is noticeable and plays well with the sage. I wasn’t sure I liked it the first time I used it, but I am intrigued by how this plays on my skin. I really like the strength and longevity—wouldn’t want it stronger, as I don’t want to be “that girl” in a room. After a full day and night, it is still a noticeable skin scent. I also tried layering with a bit of Island Vanilla (the discontinued body mist formula), and I loved the blend—eager to try more layering when I want to deepen or sweeten it. Very happy with my blind buy—it’s a different type of scent than my go-to gourmands, and I’m enjoying the shift.
