Now I remember why I chose a different variety over this one last time - the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't re-read them before adding to cart this time. The mascara itself might be wonderful, but we'll never know. It's too difficult to apply with an applicator brush shaped like a spiral staircase. How is it even supposed to work?! I don't get it. And the tube is huge, so I can't just switch out the brush from an old tube. Hopefully they revamp this one ASAP. For now, highly recommend skipping it. For what it's worth, it did last all day (working my desk job) and remove easily. I do love this brand and use several products including other mascaras. This one was a miss, but I already ordered another.

Was excited about this because I have to buy the volume mascara and the waterproof mascara separately and this was both in one. However it goes on clumpy and flakes throughout the day. If they can perfect this it will be awesome! But it’s horrible right now

The shape of the brush makes it difficult to apply. I wouldn’t buy this again unless they change the brush. Otherwise I like it, it’s a bit clumpy but I think a better brush would help with that. Love the glass tube.

I miss the Aquarian Gaze that didn’t crumble and the brush separated the lashes cleanly.

I like the collagen mascara by Pacifica, so I thought I would try this. The applicator brush is strange and doesn’t coat your lashes evenly. The worst part is when it gets wet, it doesn’t stay on lashes just smudges under eyes and it’s extremely difficult to get off.

I bought this mascara a little over a month ago. I had been using the Aquarian Gaze & decided to give this a try partly because of the glass container. This mascara does NOT stay put through tears. I've cried quite a few recently and it has caused my eyes irritation & smudges easily.

I have been using this for 6 months now and get so many complements. It is true black! And no smudge. I am a super fan!

I’m a huge fan of Pacifica products, but this the worst mascara I’ve car used, it’s hard to put on with the brush, it’s clumpy, and getting it off is a nightmare. A normal make up remover wipe doesn’t work, I have to put coconut oil on and pretty much rub my face raw trying to get off the excess mascara.

I thought I’d try this new product as I use the Aquarian Gaze mascara a lot and wanted to compare. I can’t quite get used to this brush and it is not as easy to wash off as the Aquarian Gaze, so I’m sticking with that product in the future

I always get "raccoon" eyes and have tried all the usual "waterproof" mascaras in the past. I decided to test this out on a Disneyland vacation and am pleased to say that it never strayed! Through sunscreen, sweat, tears - it stayed in place and did not get into the creases below my eyes. I also love that the tube is not plastic. We have a winner!

I bought this bc I thought it looked fun! I love the bottle and the brush looked different than any I've ever tried. I have very long eyelashes and I usually love Pacifica's mascara. However, this brush is twisted in a way that makes it super hard to coat all of my lashes. It took me almost 15 minutes and these little residue bits kept falling in my eyes. I gave this to my best friend bc she has very short eyelashes. Hopefully it will work better for her!

It appeared old when tried it for the first time. Flaked upon first use. Do not recommend.

I love the formula but the brush is terrible!! I really wish that would fix it and make it just a regular application brush!

Love this mascara. At 71 have little eyelashes. Makes me look like I do now.

Nice natural thick effective economical very black waterproof easky removable mascara, no itchy eyes.

It works. But it is very difficult to get off, even with makeup remover. It smudges under my eye and I can’t get it to go away completely.

It is a great, long-lasting mascara. It has been working nicely so far! My only suggestion is to change the brush to the one with the curve (that fits the curve of our eyes) for easier application.

Works amazing! Doesn't smudge no matter how much I sweat or how much my eyes water!

This is not waterproof at all, it ended up all under my eyes and was incredibly hard to remove from skin. When it was on my eyelashes it felt like tar. It’s really thick and sticky. Eeeep.
